Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Stiles.
Hi Morgan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I come from humble beginnings in a small town in Ohio, where I was raised on a small farm with my parents and two sisters. My childhood was peaceful — filled with playing outside, catching fireflies, and watching summer sunsets. Winters were cold, which meant lots of time indoors getting creative and using our imaginations.
I graduated from college in Ohio at 21 and soon after moved to Chicago, where I worked for an APR agency while simultaneously starting my own marketing firm on the side. I eventually grew that business into my full-time career, running it for 11 years. During that time, I expanded the company to 33 offices nationwide before ultimately selling the organization.
Moving to California opened my eyes to new industries, opportunities, and ways of thinking. I explored several business ventures before finding my passion in wellness and fitness. Today, I own Pilates studios, and my sister and I recently opened two Lagree studios in Ohio.
My husband and I now live in Corona del Mar in Newport Beach, California, and we recently purchased a lake house in Ohio that I’m currently renovating — a project I’m incredibly excited about. It’s peaceful, meaningful, and a space we truly love.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most entrepreneurial journeys, it’s been filled with both incredible highs and challenging seasons that required resilience and reinvention.
Building my first company from the ground up came with long hours, uncertainty, and a lot of trial and error. There were moments of financial pressure, learning leadership through mistakes, and navigating growth faster than I sometimes felt prepared for. Expanding nationwide meant managing teams, culture, and expectations while constantly adapting to change.
Personally, moving across the country and starting over in California pushed me outside of my comfort zone. I had to rebuild networks, explore new industries, and redefine what success looked like for me beyond the business I had built for over a decade.
Entrepreneurship has taught me that growth rarely happens without discomfort. There were risks, setbacks, and moments of doubt, but each challenge shaped my perspective and ultimately led me to where I am today – building businesses that align more closely with my passions, wellness, and creating a life rooted in balance and purpose.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What truly sets our studios apart is the environment we are going to build around the workout. We are deeply focused on community, intentional design, and creating a space where people feel supported regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. From first-time clients to experienced athletes, our goal is for everyone who walks through the door at Stile Method to feel empowered, challenged, and cared for.
Brand-wise, we’re proud of creating something that feels both aspirational and accessible. The studios reflect a calm, elevated aesthetic paired with highly trained instructors who prioritize form, expertise, and personal connection. We’re not just offering a workout – we’re offering a lifestyle centered around strength, confidence, and consistency.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Openness and a genuine willingness to keep learning have been essential to my success. I’ve never assumed I had all the answers. Staying curious, embracing change, and learning from both successes and failures has allowed me to pivot, grow, and pursue new opportunities with confidence.
