Hi maryam, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It all started with a dream! Dream of never ever getting another cavity! As a child every time I would go to the dentist I would come home crying and worrying about my cavities!!! And today I practice preventive care! I love spending time and educating my patients, encouraging them, motivating them & make it possible for all their smile goals to become a reality, from fixing a cavity to alignment to enhancing their natural smile all in one location! To remove shame & anxiety from field of dentistry! From I hate going to the dentist to can I make my next appointment or can’t wait to come back!!! One tooth at a time, one smile at a time!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For most part yes!! The advancement of technology has made dentistry better & more comfortable. Social media has helped in daily educating of public! Our TikTok & Ig bring so much humor inspiration to anyone watching to go see a dentist!

Le Chic Dentist was opened in 2008!!! It was suppose take four months to build but it took a year!! It’s not in a typical medical building, it’s a free standing building in Mar Vista neighborhood next to a coffee shop!! We love it because it looks like a home and it doesn’t feel like work nor office!!! The interior concept is open doors, to release any anxiety from unseen & unkown! We love providing services that are needed & services that are wanted in the cosmetic world!!! Patients love that as well, they can get their invisalign & cleaning in the same office! We love educating our patients, show them before & after of their own teeth, what an optimal functional mouth can be!!! We are super compassionate & train to functionally & estheically enhance smiles. We have patients who come from all over Los Angeles & even out of state! When a patien comes in with a toothache or a broken tooth, we look at the underlying cause! A lot of tooth issues can be related to TMJ, grinding , clinching & misalignment! We practice preventive care & provide great visual & educational tools for patient to understand & make the best decision! Longevity is our goal & not a quick fix!
