Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Rosenberg.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My path has been shaped by curiosity, relationships, and a long-standing interest in how businesses grow and perform. It all started in high school, after field hockey practice, when a teammate mentioned she was considering an after-school job at a market research firm. It sounded intriguing, so I reached out myself, was hired, and ended up working there for three and a half years after school and during summers. That early exposure sparked a lasting interest in business overall, and in marketing specifically.
After graduating from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, I began my career in brand management with major consumer packaged goods companies, including Nestlé and ConAgra Foods, and later led all consumer marketing for Red Bull. Those roles gave me a strong foundation in strategy, brand building, and results-driven execution within fast-paced, highly competitive environments.
As my career evolved, I expanded into marketing and business development roles across the beauty, personal care, and travel industries, broadening my horizons beyond food and beverage. Working across different sectors sharpened my ability to quickly understand new businesses, identify patterns, and apply best practices in ways that translate across industries. When an employer later decided to relocate to Texas, I chose to stay in Los Angeles. What started as interim consulting quickly grew into my own firm, Linda Rosenberg Marketing Consulting, which became my full-time focus for the next 13 years. During that time, I typically served as an outsourced Chief Marketing Officer, helping a wide range of clients across CPG, professional services, health and wellness, industrial, and tech industries improve performance and profitability. That breadth of experience was incredibly rewarding and gave me both depth and versatility as an advisor.
A former colleague from my Nestlé days eventually reached out about an opportunity with California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC). The mission strongly resonated with me, and I spent the next seven years helping hundreds of California manufacturers improve productivity, profitability, compliance, and workforce capabilities. It was hands-on, purpose-driven work that reinforced my passion for helping organizations achieve measurable, lasting results.
Most recently, I joined Partner Engineering and Science as Director of Customer Success. Partner is a leading provider of engineering, environmental, energy, construction, and valuation consulting for the commercial real estate industry. In my role, I partner closely with clients to achieve measurable results and manage risk through strategic program development, proactive engagement, and value-added solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, and compliance. I collaborate across Partner’s Environmental, Energy, Engineering, and Construction practices to connect clients with the expertise, data, and insights needed to support informed real estate and operational decisions, drawing on my cross-industry background to help translate complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions.
Looking back, each chapter of my career built naturally on the last—from early exposure to marketing, to global brands, to consulting and strategic advisory work—and ultimately led me to a role where I can combine strategy, collaboration, and execution to help clients succeed at scale.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road, but I’ve learned that challenges are often the most meaningful teachers. Each one has pushed me to grow both personally and professionally, and shaped how I show up as a leader and advisor.
One significant transition was moving from full-time corporate roles to building my own consulting business. That shift required a leap of faith, adaptability, and a true growth mindset. Much of what I learned came through experience, figuring things out as I went, collaborating with others, and being resourceful in ways I hadn’t needed to be before. It ultimately strengthened my confidence and independence.
The most unexpected and defining challenge came in 2012, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer while our sons were still quite young. It was a time that understandably turned our world upside down. I was fortunate to catch it relatively early, and I’m grateful to have been cancer-free for the past 13 years. With time and perspective, the experience deepened my appreciation for relationships, purpose, and balance. It also inspired a strong commitment to giving back. Since then, I’ve been deeply involved in cancer fundraising and advocacy, and as a volunteer have helped generate more than $650,000 in donations for cancer and education.
Looking back, those challenges reinforced the importance of resilience, perspective, and empathy, qualities that continue to guide my work and life today.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.?

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that long-term success is built on trust, and trust is earned by consistently adding real value. Every meaningful opportunity in my career has come through relationships where I showed up as a thoughtful partner, followed through, and delivered results. Expertise and strategy matter, but what truly sets people and organizations apart is their ability to listen, understand what actually matters, and translate insight into impact.
Leading with integrity, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed has shaped my career and continues to guide how I work with clients today.
