Hi Victoria, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began my journey during the pandemic, seeking a way to stay home with my kids while generating income. I started by reaching out to local businesses to gain exposure and learn balloon installation techniques in various settings. Over time, my hobby grew into a business, and I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made to reach where I am today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I made my fair share of mistakes while learning how to run a business effectively. Some of my biggest challenges included my family’s initial doubts about the venture’s profitability, as they wanted me to charge very low prices. Balancing pricing to ensure a profit and finding customers who recognized the value in balloon decor were also ongoing struggles I faced.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a balloon artist specializing in luxury balloon decor and backdrops. What I’m most proud of is setting a positive example for my daughter, who’s now inspired to start her own business. What sets me apart is my unwavering dedication to customer service. I understand the significance of these celebrations and strive to make them perfect. Ensuring my customers are thrilled and receive exactly what they envision, paired with exceptional customer service, is what defines my work.

For fellow business owners, I’d like to emphasize the importance of passion and dedication.
