Today we’d like to introduce you to Nilo Sembrano.

Hi Nilo, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started off with a cellphone to record and that created a media company that I run as of today. I use my media skills in Mortgage and Real Estate to promote Loan Programs and Listings.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
A lot of learning curves, I learn along the way and improve. Struggles would be trying to win the business of others but now I’m branded and majority of my business is from referrals.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I run a media company that helps promote businesses, brands and create contents such as podcasts and music videos.

I use my media company to promote my other businesses such as mortgage and real estate.

I am known for my shots, my editing skills along with my skills in sales.

What does success mean to you?
Happiness and peace but with busy work along the way.
