Hi! I’m Laura Muñoz, founder of The Girl Glow Club, Glow Coach, content creator, and mamá of two. After graduating from Business School in Miami with degrees in International Business and Business. I packed up everything and moved to Los Angeles to chase a dream in fashion marketing. I had always been passionate about creativity, beauty, and building brands, and I dove into the industry with heart and hustle.
But a few years ago, life gave me a wake-up call. My health was declining, I was running on empty, and I realized I had been pouring into everything and everyone, except myself. That moment of stillness, though painful, was the beginning of something powerful. It led me to redefine what success and beauty truly meant.
As a mother of two, I knew I wanted more, not just for myself, but for them. I wanted to show my kids what it looks like to prioritize your well-being, to follow your dreams, and to build a life with joy, and self-worth..
The Girl Glow Club was born out of that transformation. It’s more than a skincare or wellness space, it’s a movement. A reminder that your natural glow comes from within. That taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. And that loving the skin you’re in is the most radical, beautiful thing you can do.
Through my journey with Korean skincare and clean wellness practices (first introduced to me by my sister-in-law), I began to heal, not just on the outside, but deep within. I saw how small rituals, intentional living, and community could reignite self-worth and confidence. I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself.
Now, The Girl Glow Club is a growing community of women who are ready to say yes to themselves. We celebrate natural beauty, real stories, and everyday rituals that help us feel whole again. Whether it’s through glow parties, skincare rituals, or simple check-ins, I want every woman to know: you are worthy, you are powerful, and your glow is contagious.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. The hardest part was actually allowing myself to be seen, to share my story, my struggles, and my healing process. On social media, we’re used to seeing everyone’s highlight reel, but behind the scenes, I was going through a very real health crisis. I saw countless specialists, and no one could tell me why I felt so sick and depleted. That was one of the darkest moments in my life.
Learning to trust myself, to listen to my body, and to open up publicly about my journey took a lot of courage. I had to overcome fear, self-doubt, and the pressure to always appear “put together.” But through that vulnerability, I found my voice, and connected with other women going through the same thing.
That’s when I realized: our glow isn’t just about skincare or wellness products, it’s about healing, community, and being brave enough to show up as we are.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’ve been in the social media and marketing world for over 12 years, since the very beginning of instagram. I’ve worked with fashion, and skincare brands, built digital strategies, and helped turn creative visions into real engagement and community. Today, I combine that experience with my passion for wellness and empowerment through The Girl Glow Club.
I’m currently building a community of women who want to glow up, not just their skincare, but their wellness and financial independence. As a Glow Coach and team leader, I help women discover premium K-beauty rituals while guiding them through mindset work and a path to entrepreneurship.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just build a team, I build leaders. I believe in quality over quantity, and I treat every woman I mentor with intention, heart, and the tools she needs to rise. Whether it’s a skincare ritual or a business strategy, I show up with the same energy: to help her glow and grow.
I’m most proud of the ripple effect, seeing women gain confidence, take control of their finances, and create a life that feels aligned. And the best part? We’re doing it together, as a community that supports, uplifts, and leads with authenticity.
This work isn’t just about beauty, it’s about impact. And my mission is to make every woman feel seen, supported, and unstoppable
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is living a life with purpose, presence, and impact. My two kids are my biggest motivation, they’re the reason I show up every day with heart and intention. I want to be the kind of woman they look up to, someone who chased her dreams, built something meaningful, and never gave up on herself.
I want them to grow up knowing that success doesn’t mean sacrificing your values or your well-being. It means aligning with who you are, helping others rise, and creating a life filled with love, integrity, and courage.
That’s why I created The Girl Glow Club—to build a space where women feel empowered to glow from the inside out, to own their story, and to create freedom on their own terms.
At the end of the day, what matters most is leaving a little more light in every room I enter, starting with my home, and expanding into the world I’m helping shape for them.
