Today we’d like to introduce you to Kev Chino’.

As a child growing up, I’ve always had a strong passion for creating and expressing myself in the form of art. I can remember as early as five years old, channeling my energy and emotions through drawings, paintings and make-shift sculptures. Being very outspoken and misunderstood, this was really the only way I knew how to self reflect about my life experiences. Transitioning from a teen to an adult, I began to see a much greater vision and purpose behind my creations. Eventually, my work become more of a living legacy, world inspiration and beacon of light to humanity to me. Digital platforms, such as Myspace, Vine, Monkey, Periscope, Facebook, Instagram and more, all truly paved the way for me to become a well-known digital content creator, social media influencer and public figure. Among many ventures — I became popular in the niches of design, fashion, performing arts, business, politics, crypto, NFTs and philanthropy. My abilities are limitless. Today, my mission to reach the masses continues, as I remain consistent every day on keeping the dream alive. My ultimate vision of changing our world for the greater good will live on forever. Lifting our society as a whole to greater heights. I want to show the world that diversity is an incredible thing and with it our entire planet can go so far. We have to feed the earth, plant infinite trees and preserve our oceans. Every city, country, region, human being and living creature needs us. Love conquers all. “Art heals — art lifts — art empowers. I am art — I am the world’s hero.”

To be incredibly honest, it has been an extremely challenging experience, yet rewarding across the clouds. With big dreams comes even bigger obstacles. I’m a big believer in there always being a test in the reaping of any gift. One of my biggest struggles that I had to overcome over the years, is allowing myself to trust the process and focus on the bigger picture. No matter what. There’s always that outside voice screaming “You can’t do it, you’ll never do it or you shouldn’t do it.” And, today I just do it! Listen to your own intuition, you could be right all along. In a world full of racial inequality, war, crime and corruption, our work is never done. It’s always been a huge struggle with staying relevant in an ever-changing world of trends and standing out among millions of other popular figures. My focus in any room is to innovate, change the game and shake up the agenda. In a society that is constantly transforming, I’m always forced to adapt. If you become the change it makes it a lot more easier to create the future.

The narrative will be revolutionized. Creating, inspiring and innovating is my passion. It’s like a drug. In 2010, long before the terms “influencers” and “digital creators” was coined, I began posting digital creative content, memes, blogs, visuals and photography for fun. In other moments, I would transmit energy of boredom, love, emotions, or thoughts and produce it as art. As the years went on, by 2016, it eventually became a career and a serious life mission. I started to gain a devoted audience that enjoyed my content across social networking platforms such as Vine, Monkey, Facebook, Instagram, Periscope, Youtube and many more. Speaking a limitless tone and story from my mind. I tend to combine an artistic flow with a mix-up of creative boldness. To me, anything can be art if you change your perspective. My approach towards creating allows me to tap into almost any space or category, big or small, and reach virtually any crowd. I pioneered my own level of self branding and human diversity. I’m most proud about all of the profound collaborations, partnerships and productions that I’ve achieved over the years. Noteworthy moments, starting my very own multi-cultural magazine brand WAVR Mag, launching my one-of-one fashion concepts front VEGA, and revealing my first ever public art museum the Kev Chino’ Museum Of Art, homed to some of my most iconic artworks, Mona Lisa, Speculative Visions and the Wilton Dahlia, digital paintings. There’s something from me to you, for everyone.

Being featured in Rolling Stone, HipHopSince1987, The LA Note, Endel Sound and Flipboard, to collabing’ with incredible brands such as Damaged Goods Clothing Co., Rosabella London and Instagram’s Gucci Community viral fashion account. As a global ambassador and influencer, I’ve also been able to try and review products from some of the world’s most iconic companies such as T-Mobile, Goodnight Mate, Mercari Skincare, Project Woo Skincare, Goat, Fabric and many more. When you see me, you’ll always see creativity. My largest fan base seems to gravitate towards my fashion sense, artwork and strong voice for peace, equality and world change. What sets me apart from other creators is that I have a heart of a lion. Even more so like a sheep. I’m candid on the thought of nothing being impossible to reach or accomplish. Even if the whole world is against your idea or vision. Those are the best paths to pursue. God can move mountains. You can change the world. Go for it!

The most important lesson that I’ve learned along my journey is to trust your own intuition. Walk into every action that you take with a prayer first. Never allow outside opinions or criticism to dictate your next move if it doesn’t align with your own morals. Stand on your purpose. I had to learn that prayer truly changes things and that God’s plan is always bigger than even our own. Before sharing any form of thought to the world, it should be set out to be in accordance with him first. And, then the rest is history. If there is another key piece of advice I’d leave with every reader, it would be to ignore internet trolls and digital hate speech. Cyber bullying and internet trolling is a real thing. Although some trolling can be fun, humorous and not harmful at all, sadly, there are also people that exist literally for the sole purpose of bashing others, bullying society, and leaving very negative comments on the web. Trust me, I see it and go through it almost on an everyday basis. Ignore it, kill darkness with light and make them have to work even harder to try and block our genius. I still remember back in 2021 getting trolled online excessively, almost to the verge of leaving the internet space all together, when I was repeatedly trolled and accused of dating Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s, Blac Chyna by internet trollers. It was a funny, yet very overwhelming experience to say the least. It taught me how one wrong social media post could lead to some of the most unwanted attention ever.
