Joevince CAPO, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Its been quite the journey coming into just my 6th year in Migrating to the United States.

To settle as a local in West Los Angeles area and make my nesting ground for things to come. Moved out here mid year of 2019 just before the Pandemic and everything in between till the most recently wildfires together with rain fall in LA. The most resilient time to move, hoping that help buit courage for success.

We go through different phase and stages through. International commercial print runway model in the early 2000’s way before the birth of social media. A past resident of Philippines, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Milan, Bangkok, Jakarta, Sao Paolo, Vancouver and current resident of Los Angeles. More than 60 television commercials all through out. Travelled to about 40 countries and have distinct perspective in seeing the world.

We come in full Circle. This is the whole transition from International modelling to International Realtor License both side of the Pacific. Specializing in Singe-family in West Los Angeles to off market listing in the Philippines for developers.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Migrating to a new Country, searching for work, Acclimating in a community you serve thats not even your own. It’s been quite the ride.

Manage to master the public transport system in LA commuted my first 2 years moving here as other priorities on hand.

When i moved here had to start all over again so I took my Salesperson exams in California during the lock down of the pandemic. Even my diploma was questioned when applying for work.

Am an Agent @ Nelson Shelton Realty a family owned Boutique in Beverly Hills. Remind me of Architectural, Brokerage Firm in The Philippines vibe in the office. Together with my 3 other brother who are all Architects, brokers & Engineers.

As of the time being I still Caddy at one of the Private Clubs in Los Angeles and a regular looper @ Hillcrest Country Club w/ 2000 loops under my belt also work in course like Pelican Hill, Fields Ranch, Riviera, Brentwood.

I do look forward for the day that i would no longer need to carry 50-70lbs of weight 6-8 miles for a living. Transition to be a full time broker as I localise more in Los Angeles and manage to find home buyers a home to settle in.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Fitness, sports and over all wellbeing. Travelling. Golf. Basketball. Books and Reading.
