Hi Humberto, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I began food blogging in 2022, shortly after moving to Orange with my partner. We started exploring new restaurants in the area and shared pictures of the food we tried on my blog. I also focused on baking and created a separate account for my baking creations. Early in 2023, I began making reaction videos for food content, and one of them went viral, significantly increasing my following. From then on, I experimented with various formats and eventually settled on trying everything in Orange County, from cookies and cinnamon rolls to diners and sandwiches—you name it, I’ll try it!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Content creation is not as effortless as it appears. Despite facing challenges like flopped videos with low views and troll comments online, I find motivation in my passion for food, even while juggling a full-time corporate job.
