Xiomara M, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: Who are you learning from right now?
Learning is a privilege it’s knowledge and wisdom that God provides through his word. Aside of it I believe he puts the right people in your corner to help you understand a better alignment towards your future and what you want to attract and become. I’m absolutely honored to have great mentors in my life like Coach Mario Arrizon humble man a man of faith with a big organization in the financial industry he has put us in front of Tim Grover, Daniel G, Natasha Graziano, Spec from pretty Ricky, Tim Story, Glen Williams, and many more. I’m truly Blessed for my Coach Kathy Villanueva she’s seen me at my lowest and believed in me before I could even believe in myself.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
XMAR has became a brand of beautifying other woman and bringing there confidence to come to live within them. At the age of ten I was abused and tormented with trauma from a trial I had to face at just the age of 10. A little girl with dreams. Throughout the years I always knew that rage in me wasn’t normal. I would find many ways to avoid the pain I carried which I believe most of us go through a path to heal from our traumas. My dad Jose G Arciniega adopted me at the age of 5 years of age originally just a gal that was born in West Hollywood and moved to Huntington Park CA at the age of 6. My parents thought me since a young age to work hard for what you desire. I always aimed that my business would grow to be big and help as many woman as possible. I became the version of the woman I wish any other gal could count on. XMAR is a woman with mistakes, real with purpose and a pure heart that teaches other woman now how to have self love for themselves. It’s a privilege to be this woman that helps transform other woman lives along my own Journey.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Many strangers throughout my drift of life somehow always believed in me and saw my heart. I had low self esteem and lack of belief in myself. As a young girl I was bullied a lot of the time for being shy and a chubby chick. I didn’t feel pretty enough to believe that I was too a somebody in life. Then I knew that God had seen me all along. Through every rejection and every no I said to myself no one will ever humiliate me again that’s when I gave my life to Jesus Christ in August 5, 2020 which is also my birthday. At the age of 31 that was and has been the biggest gift and joy of life.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Many times I faced giving up on myself and my Dreams. I went through toxic relationships where I felt used and unloved. Many sleepless nights in tears. Times where I didn’t even know if there was a wait out feeling scared afraid of being mishandled. Relationships that broke me when I thought I had a future with that partner. The biggest downfall, where I felt like I just couldn’t anymore was when I was silently grieving that I lost my baby back in 2018 the silent tears where no one knew about my pregnancy. When I lost my baby I felt hopeless and like I had failed as a mother. I was angry at myself and mad at God. With time I knew and understood it was God plan not mine.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’ve been working in the financial industry building an organization that I believe will save more souls along the way for God. The foundation I’m building is something much more greater and bigger than something I could have ever imagined perhaps building a warehouse where I can distribute food for other countries and all those in need. Be able to open up more churches for God to have more people turn there burdens heart to him and praise him in his home. I believe it takes time and patience. Dedication each day to achieve these projects, be able to have a big office next to my own salon to be able to continue to help my people with a financial game plan and beautify them along the way with there hair goals or make up.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
A woman that never gave up and always showed love to others. Helped so many even when she didn’t even have it. A woman with a beautiful heart. A woman that showed her example of lifting others even through adversity she managed to always smile and put a smile on others. A woman of God. A warrior that fought till her last day.
Just last year in August 4, 2025 a day before my birthday, I was in the emergency room due to heart pain I was so calm to know that I’m saved and to know that I was at peace praying for others while I was too in pain.
