Hi Manny, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Because I can figure out whatever’s thrown at me.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Manny, most people know me as Manny Streetz. I’m an actor, producer, and radio personality in Los Angeles.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Just a kid from Jacksonville FL who had a dream to be sought. When I was in highschool I thought I was going to be a professional soccer player, then I graduated highschool and just knew I had to try another dream route.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yeah, when I was younger, I was signed to a record label as an artist in a boy band. I was in the band for at least 2 years just developing. One day I woke up and wondered where my band mates were, not thinking much of it, I poured myself some cereal and turned on the tv… and what do you know, my boy band I was in, was on Good Day Atlanta with a new band member singing my parts!! Anyhow, it changed my life so to speak. I almost went back to Jacksonville and gave it all up. Cuz how could people do that to you with no explanation??

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My family. My family is everything. I’ll do anything for them. My family is what drives me every day to keep going even when I have a bad day.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
I continuously do it. What we do or what we give to the world may not be for everyone. For me, when I dive into something like acting, writing a song, develop a project, write a script etc…I give it my best. I can’t think to myself how someone thinks about this and that cuz everyone has their own opinions and whether it’s constructive or not, it may be the one thing that makes me stop and I don’t want to. It’s in me to keep going.
