Hi Flo, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
The answer is ALWAYS: MUSIC!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a passionate pop/soul artist
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
A “Renaissance Child”, artistic in every way to the core! A BIG dreamer who always had her head in the clouds.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear of failure and the unknown. It’s such a shackling, paralyzing fear that really can truly hold anyone back. Creating self-sabotage or procrastination to mask up the fear of the “what if”, the fear of crashing and burning, the ominous cloud of doubt that cannot be unveiled until we’re ready to venture out into the unknown (leap, dive in, and dare to SEE what’s on the other side, dare to “fail forward”, dare to answer the “what if question”). The cost of regret is FAR WORSE than what can turn out to be comfortable complacency and stagnant misery (living a life of stability and safety at all costs to avoid the risk and discomfort of possibly making mistakes, possibly failing). Better to answer that “what if question” then to be left with a soul sucking giant unanswered question mark to that major life question.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
Getting my songs to the point that feels right. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY PERIOD, non-negotiable!

When I am really and truly, following and listening to my gut.
