Hi Brenda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started by studying graphology, then pursued a degree in psychology, and later continued with training in family constellations, specializing in systemic therapy. I am passionate about working with the family system, the genealogical tree, and helping people find their rightful place within their family system, as well as understanding the genealogical heritage we are all born with. I research the DNA of our family and all its stories. The family is like a tree, where our ancestors and all their experiences are the roots that keep us grounded and shape who we are. I also work with astrology and trained as a doula to support pregnant women and families in the early years of parenting.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It wasn’t easy. First, I had to study and work at the same time to afford my education. Then, I had to make myself known to attract patients, and in the midst of it all, the pandemic hit. On the positive side, it allowed many of us in the health field to provide virtual consultations, which was not common before. Now, I’m happy to be working remotely with consultants from all over the world.

I am a psychologist specialized in systemic therapy and a facilitator in family constellations. I also offer consultations focused solely on Family Constellations, which allow you to gain clarity and broaden your perspective on the various conflicts you may be facing, so you can find your rightful place. It invites you to deeply explore your relationship with the family system to which you belong.
As a Doula, I work with individual or group sessions for pregnant women, sharing techniques and resources to support them through labor and birth. I provide tools, body movements, breathing exercises, visualizations, and elements that promote openness and allow women to experience this moment as protagonists, while their partners feel more equipped to support them. I also emphasize how approaching the process with trust and surrender can benefit the birth experience and the bond with their child.
For women who have already given birth, I support them through the postpartum period and the early years of parenting.
I feel very proud and happy to accompany people through different moments in their lives, helping them find their best version and their place within their family system. It is an honor for me to be chosen.
All my sessions are virtual, and they can be attended from anywhere in the world in Spanish.

Yes, I am always reading and training. This year, I am taking an annual program with the Spanish psychologist, constellation facilitator, and author Joan Garriga. I am very happy to continue my education alongside such experienced individuals.
