Talyn, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have been so many things in my short 32 years. A party planner. Travel Agent for the Entertainment Industry. Corporate Sales. Actress. Waitress. Charity Fundraising. Interior Designer. Marketing/ PR. Writer. Screenwriter. Director. Production Assistant. Set Design. Props. Production Manager. Producer.

Which all led to my true calling as a Healer. Something I never imagined I would be.

My life completely changed when spirituality found me in 2017. I was in a deep depression, rock bottom, and the only choice I had was to reach for the light. I threw myself into a world of breathwork, meditation, self-help books, yoga, retreats, plant medicine, you name it.

Reiki started years later as a whisper. I did level 1 to heal myself, nothing more. During my training, it tapped a bit louder when intuitive messages came through for strangers. I brushed it off with no intent to make healing into a business. Yet, Reiki kept calling, showing up as a free healing space in my new home.

I listened and began a Reiki practice on the side while I continued working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. My practice blew up what felt like overnight entirely by word of mouth. The Universe knew I was meant to be a healer.

After a year and a half, the signs were getting so loud that I could no longer deny my path. I received a message to leave LA and move to Sedona. I listened, sold my belongings, and moved somewhere I had never been. The journey that unfolded was absolute magic. I spent months in Sedona, shedding my old conditioned self and remembering my true essence. I received guidance to leave and spent six months traveling. Nine locations later, I landed in Ashland, OR, by completely Divine orchestrations.

Once there, I felt called to move everything to virtual and go all in on my healing business, Talyn Fiore. I now do 1:1 virtual containers and Reiki trainings, and have a selection of digital healing downloads.

My healing practice empowers people all over the world to remember their inner strength and excel to their potential.

I have impacted millions with social media, and it still takes my breath away how the Universe uses me to help heal the world. This girl, who for so much of her life felt alone and unworthy, now gets to empower countless to their limitless worth.

My journey started with a spark and has become a mighty flame.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Yes and no. I’ve experienced incredible moments of Divine Flow where everything miraculously aligned to show me the way.

However, any entrepreneur will tell you that running a business includes many roadblocks and failures. Neither is inherently bad. You learn more through failure than success, and roadblocks often arise for your highest good, even if they feel like the end of the world in the moment.

Innovation requires paving a road that doesn’t yet exist, which means running into bumps, potholes, you name it. With my most recent creation, Waking Up: An Ode to Alchemy, I encountered several roadblocks. When I received the proof of my book from the publisher I initially chose, the quality was far below my expectations. This forced me to find a new publisher just two months before the publication date.

For the same project, I created a spoken poetry album with original music to accompany the book. Several distributors rejected it, citing either too many tracks or tracks that were too short. After trying for over three months, I finally got the album accepted by a distributor just seven days before the launch.

When my distributor tried to get my tracks onto Instagram and TikTok. They got denied. I had to provide them with examples of spoken words on both platforms which led to them being accepted.

These are a few examples but I have faced many struggles on the road to my purpose. Financial struggle, loneliness, frustration, and fear. The important thing to remember is that struggles will always come. How you react to it defines their impact on you.

Your faith must always be larger than your fear.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I empower people to their highest potential. I do this in many forms.

Through 1:1 coaching combining my almost 8 years of experience with modalities such as Reiki, breathwork, tapping, intuitive guidance, spiritual counseling, and more. Each soul is in a different place and needs a different combination of things. No two sessions are the same. I help people remember the potential and light that they have inside.

I also teach all three levels of Reiki. This empowers people to heal themselves. Essentially teaching them to fish instead of giving them a fish.

I also have many digital products to help people bring Reiki into their morning routine and awaken their connection to themself and the world around them.

I offer daily free tips and tricks on my social media pages.

My favorite way to offer healing is through art. My newest creation Waking Up: An Ode to Alchemy is infused with Reiki so people receive healing energy as they read. It is meant to inspire emotional alchemy. As someone reads and listens simultaneously the creation is meant to trigger emotions, to help you uncover what wants to be seen. Once you begin to look at your darkness you can alchemize it into light.

My goal is that this work gives people the bravery to face their darkness and ultimately wakes them up to the light they have inside.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
The building block for the life of your dreams is self-love. You must do the work to love yourself to create a solid foundation for your life to expand. If you do not believe you are worthy, the world will continue to give proof of that being true.

Be hungry for knowledge. I have consumed countless books, courses, videos, plant medicines, classes, you name it. All of which have helped me remember who I really am. Knowledge is power. The more you learn the easier it will be to unlearn the pieces of you that were inherited or conditioned, that are not really you.

Be flexible. Allow yourself to change your mind. If you are not changing you are not evolving.

Keep going. There will always be highs and lows. There is no end to the healing journey. But no matter what, you must keep going. You might be one decision away from everything changing, but you will never know if you give up. If you look at every successful person in the world, their paths are littered with failures. It is their perseverance that leads to their success.
