Ashkan Tabibnia: The Legacy Architect

With a remarkable journey that began as the CEO and founder of ‘7 Elephants,’ a pioneering importer and distributor of cutting-edge consumer electronics, Ashkan quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. Under his leadership, the business flourished, employing over 50 individuals, generating an impressive annual revenue of fifteen million dollars, and operating from a sprawling 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse. 

Throughout his career, Ashkan has honed essential interpersonal skills, exuding genuine likability, an unwavering work ethic, and the formidable power of his convictions. It was his lifelong aspiration to create a platform where he could share visionary ideas and business strategies, foster collaboration, and facilitate personal and professional growth. This led to the inception of the Higher Connections Network (HCN) in 2009. At the core of his vision was the creation of a free, limitless environment that has since empowered countless individuals and businesses to discover their unique niches and transform their dreams into tangible realities. 

Ashkan’s accomplishments extend beyond the boundaries of his own ventures. At the age of 23, undeterred by the profound economic recession of 2008, he founded the Higher Properties & Investments Group (HPIG) while also acquiring his first home. HPIG, a boutique concierge real estate and investment firm, has successfully guided clients in achieving their financial aspirations across California, Las Vegas, and Arizona. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service to an exclusive clientele, HPIG prides itself on personalized and tailored concierge services that foster new relationships and ensure client satisfaction. 

Through HCN, Ashkan has forged numerous alliances and spearheaded multiple successful projects. Noteworthy among these endeavors are the ASCENT EXPO held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the CITY GALA fundraiser at the Playboy Mansion, and the GRAND SLAM speaker showdown in Beverly Hills. These events have brought together thousands of attendees and influential figures from various industries, showcasing Ashkan’s ability to connect people and create impactful experiences. 

2019 He took on as being the co-founder and chief strategy officer for Dirt Merchants Universe. 

Dirt Merchants Movie Company, Inc. (DMMC) is a C-Corp that produces inspirational films, courses, shows, interviews, and media. In April 2022, the company founders merged their library into one corporate entity, financing the creation of a proprietary, curated multi-media platform and a robust content delivery system with a comprehensive payment gateway. The founders and staff have contributed over 70% of the funding for the company’s assets. Our vision is to raise audience consciousness in areas of self-reliance, truth-telling, and constructive relationship-building by creating and delivering entertaining, inspirational, and transformational media. Our mission is to develop a worldwide tribe linking talented storytellers and creative filmmakers and empowering communicators with audiences vested in personal development and the building of caring, sharing communities. The first is the establishment of 90210 Enterprise, a premier business consulting firm located in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Silicon Beach. 90210 Enterprise offers a comprehensive range of services across various verticals, including real estate, business consulting, fundraising, financial advisory, media, and more. With core competencies in advisory, consulting, design, financial advice, funding, media, network, photography, production, real estate, society, venture/projects, and videography, 90210 Enterprise has already demonstrated its ability to raise significant capital and work on numerous successful projects. 

The second legacy objective is the creation of the Advisory Legacy Council, a global community of authoritative leaders dedicated to shaping their legacies while still alive. With the support of inspirational friends and holistic thinkers such as Axel Tillmann, Dr. Natalie Forest, Dr. Anneli Driessen, and Mr. Lee Tunney-Ware, the Advisory Legacy Council aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to make a meaningful difference in their lives and the lives of others. By fostering collaboration and leveraging their collective expertise, the council strives to empower people to create lasting legacies that resonate long after they have passed.
