Hi J. Rady, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my professional career in the business world very young, having joined a security and alarm systems company as a partner at the age of 21. Through initiatives supported by the European Union and the United Nations, I was fortunate enough to have been exposed to the business world by the age of 23 and to have obtained training to become a business consultant. 

I have a degree in Business Computing from Notre Dame University, where I studied business and programming in-depth. I am able to develop software solutions and apps for companies thanks to my schooling. But my interest leaned more toward the business side, especially helping people start new businesses or improve their current ones. I have dedicated nearly 11 years to this endeavor. 

Following this desire, I established OUT And About Business Solutions, a firm whose aim is to change the business environment by providing growth chances for small and startup businesses. 

Public relations, digital marketing solutions, branding and design, and business consulting are the areas of expertise for Out And About Business Solutions. We were fortunate enough to be able to extend our market reach to Los Angeles and Orange County in 2023, following six years of successful operations in the Las Vegas market. We have been serving a diverse clientele from a number of industries, including real estate, construction, restaurants, the gaming industry, and Pilates. 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Certainly, the journey hasn’t been smooth; nothing worthwhile ever comes easily. However, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each step of the process and every project I’ve undertaken. The challenges and hard work fade into the background when you witness your clients’ success and happiness. Their gratitude, especially the heartfelt moments when they thank you for believing in them and significantly improving their business, is incredibly rewarding. 

Business, by nature, involves tackling problems and issues. That’s precisely why my company is named Out And About Business Solutions. We see every problem as a new challenge, and we excel at devising solutions for every one of them.

Out And About Business Solutions, established in 2018, is dedicated to guiding small and medium-sized enterprises through every phase of their business development. From the inception of their startup journey to the expansion phase, we provide tailored, effective solutions to meet their specific needs. 

Our core offerings include public relations, Digital Marketing solutions, Branding and Design, and Business Consulting Services. We evaluate the viability of business concepts to maximize our client’s success potential, support entrepreneurs in achieving a unified business vision, and deepen their understanding of their industry, market, and competition. By establishing precise action plans and timelines, we ensure that businesses reach their objectives. Our marketing strategies are designed to enhance brand loyalty, reach, authority, and more. 

What I find most fulfilling about my work is the opportunity to address new challenges with each project and witness the positive impact of our client’s success on their lives. My philosophy is rooted in partnership: their failure is my failure, and their success is my success. My role is to help them accomplish their ambitions and maintain a thriving business. 

Acknowledging that every business faces unique challenges and associated risks, I believe in the adage that significant risks can lead to greater rewards. The most valuable lesson I have learned is not to fear failure but to treat failure as a driving force towards success. It’s just as George Moore stated, “A winner is just a loser who tried one more time.” 

I encourage clients to persistently pursue their goals, emphasizing the importance of self-belief. With determination, even after multiple setbacks, success is achievable. Consulting with startups and small businesses and observing their growth has deepened my love for the business sector.
