Hi there my name is Kiki; rhymes with Reiki. I’m a Reiki Master teacher, energy and sound healer, and intuitive tarot guide. I was introduced to the world of energy medicine in a Reiki infused yin yoga class. Over the course of two years, I was blown away by the unprecedented calm I began experiencing and the multiple blockades of trauma and negative emotions that had lived in me for so long began to clear through tears and self-realization that each class helped to release. For the first time in my life I felt myself, I saw myself, I experienced my TRUE self. This inspired me to get Reiki attuned, where I discovered my passion and gift for natural, holistic healing.
I’ve spent over fifteen years studying and experimenting on myself to develop my own unique and soothing method of energy healing that combines Reiki, breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and lightwork. This has miraculously led me to facilitating healings for thousands of individuals worldwide, being recognized by Goop as one of the foremost energy healers in LA, and using my gift to support people at top corporations from The Standard Hotel to Yelp. My greatest joy is hearing the stories of clients who have had years of chronic illness, emotional stress, and/or severe injuries express how my sessions have relieved their symptoms and changed the course of their lives.
There is no higher high or lower low than the journey of healing and spiritual awakening. When one first awakens, we are in such a blissful state that we believe anything is possible, and the blessings are given right away. I left my toxic marriage, moved from San Diego to LA, and became a full time energy healer. I leapt fully believing that the net would magically appear, that I would attract amazing clients, and fulfill my destiny. I WAS WRONG. I began feeling lost, and fear clouded my decisions. I spent all my savings and needed to find a job. While on my knees in tears, praying for a clear solution, a friend texted me about The Den meditation studio. I applied and humbly accepted a receptionist position because they weren’t looking to hire any more healers at the time. This was the schooling I needed! It was like a work-study where I got to take as many classes as I wanted. I read a ton of books while making sure the lobby was quiet and made friends with a community of people who were on my wavelength. Plus it was a walk away from where I lived. What an extra blessing to not have to drive to work in LA! A couple of years later, my intuition told me to leave the Den and work with children. I wasn’t sure what that looked like, but I ended up getting a nanny job that allowed me to take energy-healing gigs when they came up. Then the pandemic hit, and my nanny gig felt secure and safe through all the chaos. Another unforeseen blessing! It was a relief to not have to deal with the transition to virtual at The Den.
The pandemic was also a gift. It guided me to develop my virtual healing services where I could work with clients all over the world as though I was in their living rooms. Reiki has a specific mantra and symbol for distance healing and energy transcends space and time which complements virtual sessions seamlessly. My virtual sessions, including Reiki attunements, have given me the opportunity to work with people all over the world, such as Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Canada, and Poland. Clients are able to go really deep in the comfort of their own space while listening to me guide them into altered states of consciousness with customized playlists. A recent client was surprised to literally feel something removed from her throat via Zoom. She had been avoiding a hard conversation with someone and was able to do it anxiety-free with clarity and ease. She didn’t expect it but that’s the healing she needed at the time.
Growing a sustainable business in energy medicine has been a long road of twists and turns that pushes me to continue to learn, grow, and trust my intuition. It seems the journey never looks exactly the way we picture it but if we stay in a state of gratitude and openness the blessings appear just like my recent partnership with KG Development, a company focused on promoting businesses that help make this world healthier and happier.
I want people to know that energy healing is not woo-woo; the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins have conducted studies on Reiki in particular to prove its healing effects. It’s as necessary for people to clear and re-align their bioenergetic field just like it’s necessary to clean the filter on an air system and change the oil in a car. We live in a toxic world and our body, mind, and emotions need a refresh regularly in order to function at an optimal level. This is especially important during these current times of global chaos and change. To be able to experience calm and peace by scheduling it into our busy lives is invaluable. I’ve curated a process that helps people get into the parasympathetic side of their nervous system; the rest, digest, and detox system. This allows the body to heal itself, which is a natural process. Energy healing is safe, non-invasive, and has no negative side effects. It prevents stress and anxiety from manifesting into a chronic disease. Our health is our wealth. Being healthy means having the energy to discover our authentic gifts and talents and share it with the world.
As a Goop recognized energy healer I had the opportunity to do crystal readings at their first In Goop Health event as well as commence their at-home In Goop Health Summit with a sound bath. The Regional Director of Enterprise at Yelp told me after the virtual crystals workshop I created for them, 85% of the people attending got a promotion or a new or better job. It’s feedback like this that confirms everything is energy and it can be transformed to help us and improve our lives in many ways.
I believe it’s my ability to guide people into a deep place of calm and open receptivity where anything is possible that makes an energy-healing session with me unique. I had a client who fractured her ankle and was worried she would have to get surgery. She dropped into a deep state where she saw her ancestor’s spirits come forth to assist in the healing, and the next day, the doctors said she wouldn’t need surgery, which saved her $40,000!
