Today we’d like to introduce you to Dorrill Griffin.
Dorrill, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m a Writer and Director and I have a small film studio called Dorrill Griffin Studios. I have lots of short films and plays on my YouTube page and I have gotten started in 2018 by writing short films and I’m working on my first TV show called The Enforcements where it’s a superhero TV show.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The biggest struggles along the way was trying to find a great camera guy and an editor, and great actors for me to keep telling my stories.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a Writer, Director, and Actor. I write movies and direct them and I start my job out of filmmaker is that I work at Disneyland full time and what sets me apart from others is that I take my work very seriously.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
My advice to anyone is to never give up on your dreams, no matter how hard it may be.
