Hey, I’m Kathy Samaan Noumi the Founder and Principal Designer of Samaan Design Group, a leading Interior Design Firm based in New Jersey and serving clients across the United States. I’m best known for my design philosophy centered around monochromatic, elegant, and enduring styles.

As a first-generation American of Syrian and Greek descent. My diverse cultural background has influenced my design aesthetic, infusing it with a global perspective that is both sophisticated and unique. In addition to my professional accomplishments, my heritage has instilled a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for opportunities. I’m also very committed to giving back to my community and helping others achieve their dreams, both professionally and personally.

With nearly two decades of experience in design, real estate development, and construction, I launched my namesake brand, Samaan Design Group, to leverage my industry experience and expand the impact I wanted in luxury residential and commercial design. From flipping my own homes for a decade to repurposing a 100 year old church into a residential home and even creating a 4000 sq ft industrial office with zen spaces, I create with intention and with a goal of impacting people’s daily lives for the better. Everyone wants to walk into a space and feel something, so why not have them feel inspired. Today, my experience in both design and construction has earned me the reputation of a trusted advisor in these industries.

Overall, my personal and professional background has contributed to my success as a leader in
the design industry. By putting creativity, innovation, and dedication to my craft first, I hope to continue to inspire my clients
and colleagues alike. At the same time, my commitment to my heritage and community sets me apart as an individual.

We began our journey with BMC by embarking on a single photoshoot back when Samaan Design Group had only a random logo done by a freelancer and nothing else. The impact of their exceptional design expertise and their ability to understand and amplify our brand’s essence was evident from the start. This initial collaboration set the stage for a remarkable transformation of our entire branding. It was like paint on a canvas. The color scheme, the main logo with sub stamps and over all brand lookbook.
