Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadiya Popadyuk.
Hi Nadiya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born and raised in a small Ukrainian mountain village Yasinya with breathtaking views and fascinating nature.
My childhood was filled with exciting stories of my grandfather and parents about the adventures and the phenomenal success of my uncle – Australian millionaire and philanthropist Ivan Popadyuk. He became a successful businessman at a young age in Ukraine. At that time my region – Zakarpattya belonged to Hungary where Khorti fascist regime operated. My uncle was against dictatorship and somebody reported him, he had to run away overseas to Australia. His amazing business skills helped him to become wealthy in a new country. He loved real estate, he owned mansions in Adelaide and in New Zealand. He traveled around the world and spoke multiple languages. He passed most of his riches to the Ukrainian Army because in his opinion to be a strong country, Ukraine needs to have a powerful army. It was such a great vision and an unbelievable prediction!
My uncle is and always was a role model for me in life, he is my Guardian Angel. His great dream was that someone from our family will work for the Ukrainian government. His dream came true – I worked at the Parliament, at the Presidential Administration, at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, and at the State Agriculture Inspection of Ukraine. I had been in politics since the age of 21. The challenges in my political activity forced me to move to the United States of America and I started a new life in a country of freedom and human rights. I have great sales top producer experience and I am in love with the real estate business. I am passionate about helping home buyers and sellers to make the right choice. I love to change lives.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Success path is never a smooth road. I am a dreamer, but at the same time, I am a goal achiever. I always set goals that are emotional and important. It’s principle to be consistent and to plan every day of your life. There are times when things don’t go as planned and you have to stay persistent during the struggles along the way.
I always successfully overcome obstacles, challenges, disappointments, and failures while in the process of achieving my goals. I trust my intuition and stay positive and optimistic. Just remember to never give up on your dreams and your inner power will help you to make everything possible!

What do you think about happiness?
Love makes me really happy. My heart and soul are filled with love. It’s a rare blessing to be truly unconditionally in love, I am blessed and grateful. Love is what you are.
It is a light within you. I have so much love for life, for my friends and family, for people, for nature, for birds and flowers, for horses, and for many simple things. When you are in love, everything is beautiful, your spirit is singing and dancing. I wish everybody to be in love and incredibly happy!
