I live in Pacific Palisades. I sold my pharmacy in the valley and was looking for a location close to my house. I found my present location by walking around trying to apply for a job. The store looked pretty empty and only one person working there. I found out that the present owner is trying to retire. After I took over, I completely remodeled the whole store. Now the store is very inviting and clean. The front and back is completely stocked. I have 7 employees.
Has it been a smooth road?
Not exactly. Gaining the customers trust. Competing with the big chains.
So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Pali-Rx story. Tell us more about the business.
We are a pharmacy. A friendly neighborhood pharmacy. We are very family oriented and we treat our customers as our family members. We have free delivery.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
We improve with time and our customers demand.
