Meet Annie Semenova of Be Momager in West Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Annie Semenova.

Annie, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My company called “Be Momager” and I help mothers of aspiring actors successfully launch their kid’s careers. My daughter is a working actress for about four years. I started my company two years after mom’s constantly coming to me asking about how do they start. I coach groups, individuals offering programs and ongoing coaching. I am a certified life coach and have bachelor in arts. During quarantine, I moved my business completely online. And I love it. I am able to help even more moms from all over the country. I have clients in Chicago, New York, Bay Area, San Francisco, Dallas and other cities.

Has it been a smooth road?
The biggest struggle at the beginning was to motivate moms to actually take actions. They have busy lives and being Momager is a full-fledged business that takes commitment. That’s why I decided to get an extra education as a life coach in addition to my graduate degree and experience with my daughter and spent a year learning that field itself. I had to study business too and find a mentor for myself for guidance and support.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I create programs that give space for moms for creation and action. I personally lead them through steps they need to take and support them along the way. It is usually weekly meetings and homework they need to do. The biggest talent of mine here is to take my personal experience and create structure, so lots of tasks that needed to do are organized and easy to implement. What sets me from others is that I teach my clients little tricks and details that other companies don’t bother to mention as they are focused on big results. I am focused on emotional comfort and stress reduction for mothers and a child. It is important for me that whole family feels good in a process.
