Meet Harpreet Singh of Happy Singh in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Harpreet Singh.

Harpreet, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
The dream started at 14. I was gravitated towards producing music. I really wanted to make big moves like Swizz beats and Timbaland. So my dream just kept getting bigger and bigger. In the mix of growing older came life and I started getting mixed with alcohol and heavy party drug use from 15-25. Between those years, I struggled with my identity and got in a lot of trouble with the law as well. Wanting a change and looking for a light in my dark times, I finally sobered up at 25 and pursued my dream again this time with God. This time I not only wanted to produce but I wanted to be an artist as well. Believing in myself, I started my life over at 25 now with experience from right and wrong and about 6-8 months, I had singles out and got to open up for Jeremiah, Tyga, Yo Gotti and more. I got to write for the CEO of murdainc I’ve Gottis artist. Soon after, I started to only create for myself and met my manager and that’s when my journey started! My first solo single “Nakhra” got over 500k views and I started trending February of 2019. All of 2019, I got to tour New York, San Francisco, and London for shows. I’m officially over one year in the music game as a professional artist/ producer and I’m releasing my new Album in two weeks. God is good.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It wasn’t a smooth ride. The roadblocks and bumps Definitely built my character and there’s no regrets in that. Substances abuse, trouble with the law, I mean name it I did. It’s all in my new album.

Happy Singh – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I’m known to make hit records! I make party/club bangers and I stay sober while I turn up! I’m in the scene without it turning me against me. I’m here to change the game and to show kids you don’t need drugs and alcohol to be a creative.
