Meet Ryan Welch of Negus Solutions in Greater Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Welch.

Ryan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I am the youngest member of my family and the only male. Growing up was tough as I was teased a lot by relatives. They would call me an Ethiopian. In school, the creative writing teacher assigned research to the class to look up the etymology and meaning of our individual names. I learned that my name meant “Little King” and was derived from the Orion from Greek myths. Combining the two moments in my life and Negus Solutions was born, Negus being defined as the sovereign name of the ruler of Ethiopia and Little King as Orion was regarded as a smaller king.

Negus Solutions focus’s on helping Business owners and nonprofit organizations create, develop and manage their business operations with ease and efficiency. We consult on organizing and planning to operating and managing businesses, and financial systems.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. The company is always expanding and adding to its tool belt of great service. One of the greatest struggles though has been filing for E-File with the IRS. This severely impacts my companies ability to prepare and submit clients Tax Filings. I am happy to say that it is a challenge that the company is willing to endure as we prepare for and shelter in place during this pandemic.

Founded in 2017, Negus Solutions, Inc. is a financial management consulting firm primarily based out of Long Beach, CA. Our business platform is designed to help Business owners and nonprofit organizations create, develop and manage their business operations with ease and efficiency.

We offer dynamic and static consulting packages that range from Organizing and Planning to operating and managing businesses, and financial systems.

Our services provide clients a collaborative approach to managing the logistics of a company and effectively managing so that you can meet business goals.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Los Angeles the city of Lost Angels is the best place for my business. When forming the company, I asked myself what type of goods or services could I offer that would really impact my community. I had already been well-practiced in tax preparation and saw a constant need for people to have them done annually. Tax Preparation was the service I was looking to offer. A service that is need-based and would fulfill a need in the community, allowing me to help people prepare their taxes and receive their refunds.
