Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrial Jaan Bhatia.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Adrial Jaan. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley to be exact. The Valley is all that I have ever known. I am a first-generation American. My mother was born and raised in Mumbai, India and my dad was born and raised in London, England. As immigrants to America, things were not always easy for my parents. For them, education, a tremendous work ethic, and entrepreneurship was the guiding light. This is exactly what they instilled in me. Growing up, business always fascinated me. As long as I can remember, I was starting a business, selling a product, or brainstorming a business idea. The idea of flipping one into 2 was the ultimate thrill.
When I was in college, I knew I wanted to start a new venture. At that time, I did not have any significant start-up capital, so I had to start a business with that in mind. It led me to the idea of starting an online store. To me, it made perfect sense. Low start-up cost, relatively easy to learn, and I did not need to physically be anywhere to run it. This was something I could work on after hours. Little did I know at the time, this business would be the foundation of everything I needed to learn to be successful. This business as a 20 year old taught me the fundamentals of social media, advertising, product sourcing, web design/development, and much more.
Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I have launched several successful businesses, including a web development/design agency called Cord Digital and an eCommerce consulting agency called Route One Advisory which advises start-ups and 8 figure businesses to build their digital infrastructure for scale. However, my latest endeavor is a company I co-founded with my good friend called Frozen Ventures which is an influencer brand accelerator. Frozen Ventures internally funds, grows and provides the needed strategy/infrastructure for these brands to come to fruition. We are launching a dance course with one of the largest dance personalities on Instagram.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth ride. I have gone through periods of my life of uncertainty when it comes to business. I have started and failed in multiple businesses. One thing that that was challenging for me was school. Not in the fact of education but in the fact of trajectory. Although I was fairly good at college and got good grades, I never felt like I quite belonged. I started as an Accounting Major but I realized that quite was not for me after taking an accounting internship with a large accounting firm. I soon transitioned into a marketing degree, but I felt the same way. I felt like it quite wasn’t for me. I leaped and ended up foregoing my degree with less than two semesters left. This leap was challenging, but it also allowed me to jump into what I do best – starting and scaling businesses.
Please tell us about your work.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
First and foremost, I want to thank the entire Frozen Team. Specifically, my partner Conor McGowan and my brother Anesh who leads our outreach team. Reinis and Jacob as well. They lead the sales operations and marketing. They have been integral parts of everything we do. As far as mentors, supporters, and advocates I want to thank my parents who have been my greatest teachers, my good friend and mentor Alex Mehr who has been a pinnacle in everything I do, Brandon Schram who has been the greatest partner and inspiration I could have, and lastly Heath Brinkley who has inspired me to think bigger, take risks and do what I love. To everyone that has supported me, I thank you all.
