Sydney’s spiritual awakening journey began in 2011 when she choose a path of sobriety from all mind altering substances after a decade of heavy drug and alcohol abuse. Her healing evolution informs the foundation of all that she now imparts to those she is here to support through various transformational modalities including Authentic Relating, Tantric Arts, Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga, Energy Healing, Embodied Movement, Akashic Records, Inner Child Healing, Family Constellations, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and more.

Simultaneously Sydney has lead the production of large scale events serving the sober recovery communities of the Northeastern US in conferences attended by 700-2,500+ participants including NYC’s first-ever FellowSHIP boat cruise serving 700+ people each year that has now become a highly sought after annual benefit. Sydney has also served as a strategic marketing and client relations advisor to numerous start-ups including Versatile Studios, LoKi, SkyHi and Up and Coming Media.
In addition to being a seasoned Business Strategy Advisor and Certified Holistic Health Coach, Sydney is also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki and Azure Light Energy Healer, and Certified Akashic Records Practitioner and Instructor. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
This question makes me smile. Easy is a loaded word isn’t it? Evolving in complete alignment with your destiny and true self is anything but easy but I would say its easier to evolve in alignment than it is to avoid being who you really are and pretending instead to be someone you aren’t. I did the latter for quite sometime which manifested as ten years of drug and alcohol addiction amongst other traumatic experiences (you can tune in for yourself more here). At the bottom of my addiction, I was a stripper and escort before getting sober in 2011. I’ll have eight years clean from alcohol and drug abuse on Nov 1, 2011. There’s no short way to say it but in this moment I am so grateful for my path. Every nook and cranny of the darkness especially along the way has been perfectly designed (perhaps by me!) to bring me to this precise moment wherein I’ve never felt more in love with my life, with myself, with my creative expression, with my gifts..I am in awe.
I know we all have trials and tribulations to say the least on our paths here in Earth School. The trick is to constantly be in inquiry about how the hardest lessons and greatest challenges you find along the way are always leading you to receive your own medicine and activate your greatest gifts. For example, because of what I’ve experienced and healed through, I now write and teach often about topics like healing addiction, co-dependency, and other trauma informed topics to shine a light on spaces that aren’t always talked about comfortably as the social norm. I write extensively about empathic empowerment and intuitive mastery in my book, The Empath Experience and I love to highlight how intuitive gifts are often actually activated amidst great trauma. Your greatest wound is absolutely home to your greatest light and gifts – the depths to which you’re willing to go in meeting yourself – all of you – in my experience is absolutely reciprocal to the depth of love you’re attuning yourself to receive, transmit and experience.

I’ve been in business just over three years and I specialize in activating visionary leaders to align with their soul purpose and embody next level prosperity, purpose and power. I specialize in so much really – that’s the magic of being an intuitive wizard, I essentially have a huge menu of modalities and ways I can support someone at any given moment in their ascension or healing path and I love to create co-creative spaces in which I empower my clients to choose what works best for them: choose your own adventure.

I am here to support advanced souls in mastering their energy, becoming crystal clear in their intuition and full system coherence and amplifying their magnetism so they can create the most incredible experience imaginable in every facet of their lives – ultimately to be of optimal service to themselves and to serving the divine destiny they are here to express. Usually the visionaries I am meant to serve are called to create new companies, platforms, service and pioneering architecture that is required at this moment of great awakening to support a more awake, attuned, abundance society to completely harmonize and thrive.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I am most excited at this moment about my mission in Odyssey which brings an accelerated container and framework for energy mastery, intimacy and whole-self embodiment to visionary leaders who are already living in alignment with their purpose while also stewarding great resources through companies, organizations and movements dedicated to regenerative harmonization on Earth.
When we focus on becoming completely coherent within ourself and self-sourcing all of our own needs from within, we are far more capable of co-creating and collaborating together with greater effectiveness, creativity and fun. So much if not all of the confusion on Earth – and perhaps this is an over simplification but is it really? – is a result of people and mostly the leaders of organizations, governments and companies not knowing themselves or why they are here or what they actually want and need to feel fully seen, heard and supported. When we prioritize knowing ourselves and mastering our energy to enter into all relationships and collaborations with a deep sense of wholeness, clarity and coherence we are effortlessly self-organizing, we embody our true genius and we quickly become aware of how all of our needs are always met and resources immediately emerge from the most spectacular of sources.
I’m always excited about supporting my beautiful soul family of extraordinary visionaries who are committed to being their true selves and living their destiny in co-creating Heaven on Earth – through retreats (next one is coming up in Bali 12.12-12.21, The New Earth Entrepreneur), my new book about awakening your higher consciousness, new opportunities to share and guide live experiences and workshops around the world and of course all the beautiful transmissions I get to co-create for the Visionary Souls Podcast. I sense 2020 is an accelerated quantum leap in my own embodiment of my purpose which continues to be revealed as being directly connected to infiltrating mass media with consciousness, authenticity and healing.
It would be a dream of mine someday to have my own show – perhaps somewhat in the Oprah talk-show style – wherein we are sharing real-time healing and transformation amongst many different kinds of people from all different cultures and backgrounds, celebrating and practicing the universality of presence and gathering in shared intention of allowing miracles and incredible synchronicity to be our new normal.
