I grew up in the skincare business and learned from a great mentor: my mother. With an experience of over 30 years, I have a passion to help customers enjoy a healthy appearance and a natural beauty that comes from within.

Has it been a smooth road?
I founded Mahelia Skin Care in 2008 and some of the challenges we have faced have been the economic crisis, change in customer behavior and the way to conduct marketing campaigns. Our business has strived by evolving with the times, constantly adding innovative services and adopting social media to engage with existing and new customers.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Mahelia Skin Care – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
At Mahelia Skin Care we offer all basic skincare and waxing services and do a great job; however, what sets us apart is the quality of our Microblading and other techniques that restore and or enhance eyebrows. We are also one of the very few locations offering scalp Micropigmentation in Southern California. We are proud of our constant education and for implementing the latest and trendsetting services.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
L.A. is a very cosmopolitan city that has a rich blend of cultures, ideologies and gastronomy making a very special place. And there is always so much to do and see… you never get bored in L.A.
