Meet Renia Aghajani of Raeyson Media- A Creative Agency

Today we’d like to introduce you to Renia Aghajani.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Renia. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I began my journey in the creative arts at the tender age of two under the influence of my aunt who is an artist herself. In my teen years, I began to truly develop my artistic sensibilities, and this passion for creation continued well into my adult years. I knew that I had the talent of art, but never really utilized it because I thought it was not going to benefit me in the long run. From the minute I left college, I worked in the medical field, consulting, contracting, and reporting. I highly disliked what I chose as a profession and showing up to work was not my too delightful. I felt lost, I had no clue as to what my passion was and how to go about finding it. That all changed when my cousin asked me to paint a photo of her newborn daughter. That’s when it dawned on me, I haven’t utilized this talent that I love so much in a long time because I was focusing on the wrong things. Money was my motivation, but what I was doing to make it was not interesting, nor was it my passion. I remember spending 3 hours on that particular painting and I was extremely focused and I loved every minute of it. I remember finishing that painting. The satisfaction was incomparable. I couldn’t stop thinking, “This was exactly what I was put on this earth to do.” I started working for Dr. Andre Aboolian and he gave me the opportunity to be his Director of Marketing. From there, I started doing his videography, digital marketing and all media graphics. Take a tour of my home, my entire home is covered in my paintings. I love speaking art in existence and I love utilizing my talents make a living.

In 2017, I decided to start my own business and I named it Raeyson Media. So, why Raeyson? I mean, the name is pretty weird right? Well, my biggest cheerleader and motivator that helped me find my compass was my boyfriend. His last name is Eison, my initials are RA. I combined my initials and his last name to create “Raeyson” also, the word raison (spelled different, but pronounced the same) means reason in French. By utilizing a unique blend of digital and more traditional mediums, I have been able to work with a diverse array of clientele and exceed their marketing and branding needs. Whether it be logo design, social media marketing, graphic design or website development. It is no surprise that I founded Raeyson Media Company as a natural expression of my creative mind. The company’s clientele consists of Doctors, Lawyers, Social Media Influencers, Sports Agents, and companies, both large and small.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I took a few falls, but I dusted myself and got back up again. Finding my passion and using it to make money was definitely a major struggle. I didnt think my artistic abilities would land me with my own business. I never imagined owning a media company. Nothing good comes easy, it took time to get here…but it was all worth it.
