Meet Victor Heliodor of Bounty Models in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victor Heliodor.

Victor, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve been working as a model for at least 13 years. All over the world. Recently I opened a modeling agency in Hollywood. We fly in international fashion models to work in LA.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Finding good staff has been the hardest struggle! We have very strong models in town but to find a good agent is a challenge. Someone with all the qualities I’m looking for. It has to be someone who understands fashion, which model who is right for which client, someone who is organized, who can help me with social media and who is good on the phone. Having the right agent would take us to another level.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Bounty Models – what should we know?
We are more conservative than most other modeling agencies in LA. Book and experience is more important to us than social media following. Clients who turn to us can expect professional fashion models who have worked in cities like Paris, Milan, London, New York or Tokyo.

We are very selective about the models we take on and we only have a small group of models in town at the same time. Something else I’m proud of is the vibe. By being honest with each other and open to communicate I feel like we can trust each other.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
There are so many people who have helped me get to the point where I’m at now. I’m grateful to all the people who have believed in me as a model so I could work in the United States and to the ones who trust me as a business owner.
