Meet Daisy Kimbro of Aromaology

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daisy Kimbro.

The founder and CEO of Aromaology, Daisy Kimbro, planted a seed over 16 years ago that has grown into a successful, in-demand product line known more for its health benefits than its common usage,

Daisy was born in Los Angeles, CA, a city known for its health consciousness, fitness and beauty. Growing up within such social constricts, backed with the strong sense of moral fortitude and entrepreneurship taught by her mother and grandmother, it is no wonder that Daisy’s influences would lead to success.

Daisy started Aromaology in October 1998 with no training or experience in botanicals. Up until then, she had simply made candles from soybeans as a hobby.

Acting on the persistent advice of a friend, Daisy decided to showcase her candles at a local exposition and ended up selling her whole inventory. It was then that Daisy conceptualized the idea of an all-natural handmade bath, body and home fragrance product line.

In addition to soy candles, came the eco-friendly creation of incredible aromatic diffusers, body butters, all-in-one bath-body-hair, and massage oils, serums, and cleansers.

Daisy has always lived a holistic lifestyle, even creating her own household cleaning products from natural resources, founded the Aromaology brand based on personal organic recipes. The company’s mission of environmental activism was born out of these ideas as well.

However, Daisy was well aware that success was much more than a good idea. It was timing too. She launched Aromaology just as the world was going “green.”

Believing that businesses have the power to do good, she launched her own website www.daisysaromaology.com and maintains that the past few years were one of the most exciting period of her life – leaving her career as a health care professional and creating a vision board that is now a vision come true set to affect consumer health, animal welfare, the environment, and community trade.

Daisy’s vision is also the foundation of the company’s philosophy. Aromaology is dedicated to the pursuit of social and environmental health consciousness and safety. All products are created to communicate health and environmental wellness.

There is no doubt that Aromaology will closely identify within the public mind as the company grows. Daisy’s overall goal is for the company to evolve into a global operation with thousands of people working towards common environmental values that will set Aromaology apart from the mainstream competitors.

Daisy became “green” many years before it became fashionable to do so and she hopes that adding sustainable products to a mass market will inspire others to strive to set up and grow their own eco=friendly companies.

Daisy Kimbro sowed a seed over seven years ago, and now the seed is generating fruits of success, enlightenment, and love.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My challenges were overcoming the decision to quit my job and focus on what I was passionate about, Aromaology. It was one of the toughest things I have ever done.

Waking up one morning and decided to go into work and quit my job. I could not believe I did it. My family and friends thought I was crazy, I thought so too lol. Something inside of me pushed me, and when I made the decision to go for it, I knew within my being that I was going to make this work.

I told my family I could always get another job if it doesn’t work, but I will make it work so there is no need for plan B. Six years later I am still living my dream.
