Meet Oliver Naimi of Citywide Law Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Oliver Naimi.

Oliver, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My passion for Personal Injury law started when I was 18 years old. At that time, I was just applying to go to college and was planning to go to medical school after finishing my undergraduate degree. However, before starting college, I was involved in a severe car accident.

When I tried to go to the insurance company to take responsibility and help me recover, they did not want to do so. I was left in a difficult situation, feeling helpless and didn’t think the attorney that was helping me did enough to for the insurance company to compensate me for the injuries.

After recovering from my injuries, I decided to pursue a legal career to ensure that other individuals who have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence have the proper legal representation, are not left struggling to survive and are properly compensated for their injuries and losses including recovering as much as possible for their pain and suffering.

After graduating from law school, I started Arzani & Naimi, LLP dba Citywide Law Group to protect the rights of my clients and to make sure all the decisions they make after an accident are fully informed and in their best interest. By doing this, I have been able to recover millions of dollars for my clients.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Every story has speed bumps along the way. We have been lucky to steadily grow our business because our clients have been very happy with our work and for that reason, we have a lot of clients that come to us through word of mouth.

Also, besides giving each client very personalized service and making ourselves available to them at all times, we have been able to recover sizable settlements and verdicts for them.

Through our service and sizable settlements, we have continuously grown as a company without letting our ability to give the personalized service to each client suffer.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Our law firm specializes in personal injury accidents, mostly car accidents, slip and falls, and dog bite cases. However, we do handle any injury which is caused by the negligence of another person.

We have been extremely successful in pursuing cases against third-party carriers like Uber and Lyft, who carry sizable insurance policies which they do not like paying out from. We have developed a formula that makes it more likely that Uber/Lyft will pay out more than they typically want and using this system, we have been able to get very sizable results, including a recent settlement for $999.999.99.

I think what sets us apart from other attorneys in our field is that the attorneys are in constant and direct contact with our clients and that we provide empathetic and personalized service for our clients at all hours of day and night.

What were you like growing up?
I was easy going but intense when it came to school. I always loved to learn, so even as a young child, I was always focused on my studies.
