Willian, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We started as a small remodeling team 5 years ago. On September 9th 2018, we will be completing 5 years. We have built our small business to a multimillion dollar business.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been a very challenging road for us. Competition is very high in the construction area, especially for newer businesses. We have been able to survive the first 5 years and now we are going up a step on the ladder, we have overcome our forecasts for this year over 100%. The struggles we had was, to be able to stay in the game the first 5 years.

Please tell us about DWD Builders, Inc.
We are a specialized General Contracting firm focused in the commercial construction industry. We offer a variety of services from design built to offering services needed to complete hands on services. What sets us apart from our competitors is that we have been able to reduce cost of services without affecting the quality of work performed and safety.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would not do anything differently in the business, because the business has always been profitable. The only thing that I would do differently if I was to start over again, I would take more actions to grow the business. At several occasions I had fear and the held me back from expanding more.
