Today we’d like to introduce you to Fiona Rene.
After many years of working internationally, Fiona Rene moved from London to LA via Texas. Fiona takes pride in her abilities in Authentic character creation, interconnectivity and applying her work to all mediums. Alongside acting, Fiona Hosts and ALL GIRL TALK SHOW on LATV called Get It Girl, that focuses on all areas of Female Empowerment. She also Teaches Workshops on “Acting for Immersive Entertainment and VR.”
One thing Fiona couldn’t leave home without? HER BRAVERY.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
NO. HARDEST ROAD…
Depression, self-harm, moved 13 times, got married, mom died, got divorced… then MORE HEARTBREAK.
ALL in ALL trying LOVE LOVE LOVE others while REMEMBERING to love self.
I mean… WHAT IS SELFISH… REALLLLLLY…. Other than not focusing on creating the sturdy character of self and giving others inconsistent gurgles of what you hope your character to be..

Actor/ Director who KNOWS AUTHENTIC CHARACTER CONSISTENCY. Currently writing a book around the Immersive Class I teach, called METHOD FOR BEING, (an acting class that explores and ties together the different NEW actor mediums) It’s actually turning into a SELF HELP BOOK through the LENS OF THE ACTOR.
Impersion Media (Fiona Rene and business partner Brian Hanford) is a newly established LLC with a large focus on Authentic Creation in ALL mediums. We are in pre-production, turning METHOD FOR BEING into a digital class, in post-production on our Short Film “TOMMY GUN,” and is also an ARTIST IN RESIDENCY at the Technicolor Experience Center.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Well, 1. I’m ready for that series reg. 2. I’m ready to explore the autonomy of self! And of course, (my book is all about how. :))
I’m looking forward to seeing how storytelling expands through tech advancement.. and how Personal Connections and camaraderie are affected when our entertainment becomes more and more immersive, giving the audience more and more choice…
Also very I’m excited to bring authentic connectivity back to Shawnee Oklahoma and other small towns that I feel helped shape MY actual authentic self.
