Today we’d like to introduce you to Tennille Jackson.

Hi Tennille, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As grateful as I am for the opportunity to tell my story, I’m going to keep it short and sweet. I started Journaling about 5 years ago and it changed my life for the better in so many ways. Journaling was not something I ever was interested in but my Auntie gifted me a journal so while we were going through the pandemic I had lots of down time and decided to start writing in the journal my Aunt gifted me. I started writing affirmations over and over just about everyday and It didn’t take long before I began to notice major changes for the better in my everyday lifestyle. I remember feeling like I had unlocked some sort of superpower. I was healing, I was growing and I was thriving and it was all happening because I took just a little bit of time out my day to write and recite affirmations. I was so impressed with the benefits of journaling that I believed this was something everyone could possibly benefit from and that lead to me creating Original Personal Journals and starting my own business selling them on Amazon an effort to help as many people as I can unlock the power of putting pen to paper…And thats how Energy is Everything my small business with big dreams off selling over 100,000 journals all over the world was born. Its been about 3 years now and so much has happened. I am overjoyed with the entire process of creating my journals. Every opportunity I have to speak with someone about the benefits of journaling is now the highlight of my day. I would be honored to speak with you more anytime. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey has been fairly easy however I had a lot to learn along the was as I had absolutely no experience at all. I had never created anything and never considered myself to be creative. Nor had I ever published a book. I worked a 9 to 5 in Healthcare all my life. There were times when I definitely felt out of my league.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I designed and create journals. Some of my journals are themed, some are guided and I also created a couple of freestyle journals for those who don’t require guidance. I have published 13 different journals through the Amazon KDP platform. When I first started I didn’t know what I was doing but by my 3 design I was so good I no longer needed to use a template so now all my books are completely original. I have had so much fun learning this new craft and discovering a creative side I didn’t know I had. All while creating a tool that may be life changing to all wiling to utilize it. This has truly been an amazing experience. I am sooooooo proud of myself, and honored to be educating people about the power of putting pen to paper.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Goals are great and expectations can be high BUT its ok if you don’t hit your mark the first time. Small steps lead to the exact same place as great strides.
