Check Out Tiffany Tynes-Gonzales’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Tynes-Gonzales.

Hi Tiffany, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey has always been rooted in creativity, taking risks, and creating opportunities for myself. In 2007, I moved to Los Angeles with just $350 and a dream of pursuing my career in acting and professional dance. I worked at Universal Studios Hollywood, performed in multiple shows, and took on television and film background work while continuing to audition and chase opportunities.

Over the years, I was fortunate enough to experience some incredible moments, from dancing for Beyoncé to working on projects with Ice Cube and Mike Epps. Then, in 2014, an unexpected opportunity changed the trajectory of my career. I portrayed Nicki Minaj in my friend Bart Baker’s “Anaconda” parody, which went viral and introduced me to a much larger audience. That experience opened my eyes to the power of digital content and inspired me to start building something of my own.

Instead of waiting for someone else to give me an opportunity, I began writing, producing, and creating my own content. That eventually grew into my work as a content creator, UGC creator, and entrepreneur. I learned how to use my creativity in different ways, from developing original entertainment to creating content that helps brands connect with their audiences.

Today, I’m the owner of That’s Nice Media™, a business focused on helping creators, brands, and businesses strengthen their digital presence through creative content and marketing. I’m also continuing to build my own platforms and explore new opportunities as a creator and actor.

After spending years building my business in Los Angeles, I’ve expanded into Las Vegas, which marks an exciting new chapter. I’m focused on growing That’s Nice Media™, developing new partnerships, and continuing to evolve creatively. Looking back, every stage of my journey has taught me something valuable. One of the biggest lessons has been that you don’t always have to wait for the door to open. Sometimes, you have to create your own door.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Entertainment and entrepreneurship both require resilience because there’s no guarantee that your hard work will pay off right away. I’ve experienced rejection, uncertainty, and seasons where I had to figure things out as I went along. Eventually, I realized I couldn’t spend my career waiting for someone else to give me an opportunity, so I started creating my own.

Building a business comes with its own challenges, from managing multiple responsibilities to finding new ways to grow. Expanding from Los Angeles into Las Vegas has also pushed me to adapt and build new connections. Through it all, I’ve learned the importance of evolving, staying resourceful, and continuing to bet on myself. Every challenge has taught me something valuable, and I carry those lessons into every new chapter.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an actor, content creator, and UGC creator with a background in entertainment, storytelling, and digital media. I’m proud of the community I’ve built through my own platforms and my ability to evolve creatively while turning my passions into new opportunities.

What sets me apart is my versatility and entrepreneurial mindset. I understand both the creative process and the business behind it, and I’m always looking for new ways to grow, evolve, and expand what’s possible for myself and my business.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is to stop waiting for permission to pursue the things I want. Sometimes you have to create your own opportunities, trust your abilities, and be willing to evolve along the way. My journey has taught me that growth often happens when you step outside your comfort zone and bet on yourself, even when you don’t have everything figured out.
