Exploring Life & Business with Diamond Alexandria of Alexandria.TheBrand

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diamond Alexandria.

Hi Diamond Alexandria , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into event production and artist management has grown through years of hands-on work, relationships, and learning what it takes to bring someone’s vision to life.

About ten years ago, my brother and I began working in events together. We each now have our own event companies, and we continue to support one another’s productions. That experience helped build the foundation for how I work today: being dependable, paying attention to the details, and understanding that every person on a production team matters.

Over the years, my work has included corporate conferences, concerts, private celebrations, and live productions. I’ve handled everything from venue coordination and travel logistics to managing vendors, working with talent, and calling cues from the AV booth. My experience includes work with Eric Thomas & Associates, The Gentleman’s Ball, and Steven Hollowell’s The Missing Piece. Those opportunities taught me how to connect the creative vision with the practical work required to execute it.

Today, I’m building Alexandria.TheBrand as my production and artist management business, with Diamond Alexandria as my public-facing personal brand. My work brings together event direction, production, artist development, and creative partnerships. Supporting artists has allowed me to extend what I do beyond a single event and become part of their longer-term growth.

I’m also a wife and a mother of two boys whom I homeschool. Building a business alongside those responsibilities continues to teach me about discipline, flexibility, and being intentional with my time.

I’m proud of the experience I’ve gained behind the scenes, and I’m becoming more intentional about sharing the person and perspective behind that work. This chapter is about building on that foundation, developing meaningful partnerships, and creating opportunities for both my business and the people I work with.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but when I was in the middle of it, I didn’t always recognize how much I was carrying. I was focused on the path I had chosen and determined to keep moving forward. What felt like everyday life to me sometimes sounded impossible to other people.

One of the more personal challenges was learning to work with my brother. We didn’t grow up close, so being siblings didn’t mean we automatically understood each other. We were getting to know one another while also learning how to work together professionally. Finding a respectful middle ground was a learning curve for both of us. It took communication, patience, and a willingness on both sides to understand each other’s perspective. Working together taught me that even with family, trust and a strong working relationship take effort.

During my three years with Eric Thomas & Associates, I traveled with my firstborn son, Pharaoh, who is now ten. I was navigating motherhood alongside the demands of travel and live events. My husband was also working around the clock, balancing his nine-to-five with building his entertainment portfolio. We were raising a family while both working toward something bigger.

At the time, I had blinders on. I wasn’t stopping to count all the responsibilities or question whether the circumstances were ideal. I was figuring out how to make it work. I didn’t want to give myself excuses for stepping away from the path I believed in.

Looking back, I can appreciate how much that season required of us. The challenges taught me how to adapt, communicate, and follow through when there were several things demanding my attention at once. Those lessons still shape how I lead productions, support artists, and build my business today.

We’ve been impressed with Alexandria.TheBrand, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Alexandria.TheBrand is my event production and artist management business, where I bring together creative vision, planning, and hands-on execution. I work with artists, businesses, and private clients to organize the many moving pieces behind a production or career goal and turn them into a clear plan of action.

On the event side, I specialize in event direction, stage management, and production logistics for conferences, concerts, brand activations, and private celebrations. My work can include sourcing venues, coordinating vendors and travel, developing timelines, managing talent, and calling show cues. I pay attention to both the overall experience and the details that allow everyone involved to do their jobs well.

In artist management, I help emerging talent develop direction and structure around their creativity. That includes development plans, release planning, brand positioning, merchandise coordination, and identifying opportunities that align with their goals. I enjoy helping an artist connect what they want to create with the practical steps needed to move forward.

What sets my approach apart is how personally involved I am in the execution. I can discuss the vision with a client, organize the logistics with the team, and be present behind the scenes when it’s time to deliver. I understand how a decision made during planning affects the stage, the talent, the crew, and ultimately the audience. I bring that perspective into every project.

I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built through this work and the responsibility people have trusted me to carry. Being invited back into someone’s next production or next chapter means a great deal to me. I want Alexandria.TheBrand to represent thoughtful work, clear communication, and follow-through.

Diamond Alexandria is the person behind the business, and my public-facing brand also makes room for my interests in entertainment, travel, beauty, and lifestyle. As I grow, I’m building connections between those interests and my production experience through creative collaborations and brand partnerships.

Above all, I want readers to know that I care about the people behind the projects. Whether I’m directing an event or helping an artist plan their next release, my goal is to understand their vision, bring structure to the process, and help them move forward with confidence.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My advice is to follow YOUR vision. No one else can fully see what God has placed within you, so you cannot wait for everyone to understand it before you begin. Be willing to learn, accept guidance, and do the work, while staying true to the purpose you feel called to pursue.

Follow purpose over paper. For me, that means making decisions rooted in alignment, integrity, and the value I can bring. Financial success matters, but I want the work I do and the opportunities I accept to reflect what I believe in. Adding value to the rooms you’re blessed to be in should always be a priority. Come prepared, treat people well, and honor the trust that comes with being invited.

And understand that everybody can’t go—and that’s okay. You can love people and respect the role they’ve played in your life while accepting that your paths may look different. Prioritize your growth, your peace, and the vision you’re responsible for carrying. Give yourself room to build relationships with people who respect and support that direction. Your tribe will follow.

Something I would tell my younger self is that you don’t need everyone’s agreement to move forward. Stay teachable, be intentional about who has your ear, and trust yourself enough to take the next step.
