Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Pisano.
Hi Anthony, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into entrepreneurship started in the music industry. I began my career as a DJ and music producer, working with major labels like Sony and Ultra Records and eventually earning recognition on the Billboard charts. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the entertainment industry, how audiences connect with content, and the power of digital media.
As my career evolved, I transitioned into talent management, where I started working more closely with artists, creators, and brands. I quickly recognized how much the entertainment and marketing industries were changing, particularly with the rise of social media, gaming, and the creator economy.
In 2019, I founded Game Over Media with the vision of bridging the gap between brands and the next generation of digital creators. What started as a boutique talent and influencer marketing agency evolved into a multimillion-dollar business working with some of the biggest names across music, gaming, sports, and entertainment.
As we scaled, I started noticing a major problem in the industry. Brands were spending millions on influencer marketing, but the process was still incredibly fragmented, manual, and difficult to measure. At the same time, thousands of smaller creators and content pages were generating massive reach without access to meaningful monetization opportunities.
That realization led me to build GameTune, our technology platform designed to bring creator discovery, content distribution, social listening, campaign management, and performance analytics into one ecosystem. Our goal is to make creator marketing more accessible, scalable, and measurable through technology and AI.
Today, I’m focused on building and growing GameTune into a platform that can help reshape how brands distribute content and how creators monetize their influence.
Looking back, my career has been a constant evolution, from creating music to managing talent, building an agency, and now developing technology. I’ve always been passionate about understanding where culture, entertainment, and technology intersect, and finding opportunities to build businesses around where I believe the industry is heading next.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s never a smooth road. Building your own business is a constant roller coaster of highs and lows. There are moments when everything seems to be falling into place, followed by moments when you’re questioning every decision you’ve made.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that consistency and discipline are everything. Motivation comes and goes, but showing up every day, staying focused on the bigger picture, and continuing to execute even when things aren’t going your way is what separates those who succeed from those who give up.
As an entrepreneur, you’re constantly facing new challenges, whether it’s managing people, navigating financial pressures, adapting to changes in the industry, or making difficult decisions. As we’ve grown from an agency into building a technology company, the challenges have only evolved.
I’ve learned to embrace the ups and downs as part of the process. Every setback teaches you something, and every challenge forces you to become a better leader. For me, the key has always been to stay disciplined, remain adaptable, and keep moving forward, especially when things get difficult.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Game Over Media is a technology-driven media and marketing company focused on the intersection of entertainment, gaming, social media, and the creator economy. We help brands connect with audiences through creators, livestreaming, and large-scale content distribution.
What started as an influencer marketing agency in 2019 has evolved into a multimillion-dollar business working with brands across music, sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We’ve built a strong reputation for executing high-impact creator campaigns and generating massive organic reach through social media.
One of our biggest specialties is content distribution and what we call “clipping,” where moments from livestreams, podcasts, events, and other long-form content are turned into short-form videos and distributed across networks of creators and social media pages. This allows brands to reach millions of people organically while giving everyday creators new opportunities to monetize their content.
What really sets us apart is that we’re not just focused on influencer marketing. We’re building the technology and infrastructure behind it.
That led us to develop GameTune, our AI-powered platform that brings creator discovery, campaign management, content distribution, social listening, and performance analytics into one ecosystem. We’re working toward a future where brands can understand what’s happening in culture, activate the right creators, distribute content at scale, and actually measure the results.
I think one of the biggest differentiators for us is that we’re building technology based on real-world experience. We’ve spent years in the trenches executing campaigns, managing creators, and understanding the challenges brands face. Instead of building software around what we think the industry needs, we’re building solutions around problems we’ve experienced firsthand.
What I’m most proud of is how we’ve continued to evolve. We started as a small agency with a vision and have grown into a company that’s now developing its own technology, working with major brands, and creating opportunities for thousands of creators.
Ultimately, I want people to understand that Game Over Media is much more than a traditional marketing agency. We’re building an ecosystem that connects brands, creators, content, and data. Our long-term vision is to help shape the future of creator-powered media and make it more accessible, measurable, and scalable for everyone involved.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
There are a lot of different ways to collaborate with us. We’ve built an incredible team of around 20–25 people, but what makes our business unique is the larger network of advisors, strategic partners, creators, and industry relationships we’ve developed around the world. That network allows us to operate well beyond the size of our core team and execute some of the largest and most ambitious campaigns in the space.
We’re always looking to connect with brands, agencies, creators, and entrepreneurs who share our vision for the future of media and entertainment. Whether it’s helping a brand launch a major campaign, partnering with creators to distribute content, or collaborating with technology companies to build new solutions, we’re always open to exploring opportunities.
I believe some of the best opportunities come from building genuine relationships and surrounding yourself with talented people who bring different perspectives and expertise to the table. That’s been a huge part of our growth, and it’s something we’ll continue to prioritize as we scale Game Over Media and GameTune.
