Hidden Gems: Meet Kenneth Annaloro of NCG Wealth Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenneth Annaloro.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born in Los Angeles but grew up in Oregon, where I attended middle school, high school, and college. Music was always a big part of my life, and during high-school and college, I played in a band called Peace & Turbulence.

After moving back to Southern California and settling in San Clemente, I built a career in financial services and founded NCG Financial Wealth Advisors in 2008. As my business grew, I found the freedom to reconnect with my passion for music.

That eventually inspired me to establish the T-Street Zoo Music Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting independent musicians through recording, mentorship, and live performances.

Today, I balance my financial advisory business with writing, recording, and performing through T-Street Zoo and Neil Levin & The Cosmic Blues Band. It’s been a full-circle journey, and I’m grateful to be able to pursue my passion while helping other musicians do the same.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I lost my brother in a car accident when he was just 20. That is the reason I quit my former band. We had won a state Battle of The Bands and got a recording deal just before my brothers passing. I moved back to California to be closer to family. I also grew up with an alcoholic dad who happened to be a professional musician. He meant well but made bad choices. He did teach me how to be a professional musician at a very early age, but he and my mom constantly fought and eventually my mom left him. At that time I was 12 and didn’t see my dad for 2 years.

As you know, we’re big fans of NCG Wealth Management. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I founded NCG Financial Wealth Advisors in 2008 with the goal of helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom. Based in San Juan Capistrano, we specialize in wealth management, retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning.

What sets us apart is our personalized approach and commitment to building lasting relationships. As an independent firm, we provide financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My first business mentor, Leonard Aoyama, had a tremendous impact on my career, teaching me the importance of relationships, integrity, and taking care of people. Sadly, he passed away in 2008 at just 50 years old, the same year I founded NCG Financial Wealth Advisors.

I’m also grateful for my wife, Kristin, our two daughters
