Check Out Niño Bueno’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Niño Bueno.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I have to thank my iPhone 7. Back in 2017, I was trying to record my drum set and stumbled across Garage Band and started messing with the instruments on there. I would end up producing my first song ”Freeway City” on my iPhone and the rest was history. From my iPhone I got a macbook air and began producing lofi beats throughout 2018 and in early 2019 I would produce and record my song ”6:25” which motivated me to start releasing music seriously. My first album titled ”Worth” would be my favorite project that would influence me to keep going.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been alright. I have taken breaks but they were much needed.
One thing I found helpful in my breaks is that I come back more confident in expressing myself in live settings.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m Niño Bueno. I am an artist and musician. I’m known for my unique sound. Though I have made many genres from synth-pop to hardcore rap, you can tell I made the beat. My uniqueness is what I am most proud of. I’m proud that I am not compared to a single artist/genre. Some of my favorite comparison compliments I have gotten are ”You sound like Daft Punk and Future had a baby.” ”Hey dude, you remind me of boy pablo and talking heads.”

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Lil B helped me find my artistry. Before talking to Basedgod I felt that I was in a race to be famous. I felt that fame meant success. Lil B helped remind me that it is the life we live that means the most and to just be me. Since then I focused more on my inner-expression and I must say it has made me more confident in my artistry.
