Patti Goh Komorita

Global Real Estate Advisor | Luxury & Investment Specialist

Patti Goh Komorita brings a rare combination of international business experience, real estate expertise, multilingual communication, and investment insight to the luxury real estate market.

Based at Nest Seekers International Beverly Hills, Patti specializes in Beverly Hills, Orange County, and the Inland Empire while working with clients whose real estate interests extend across markets and borders.

Fluent in eight languages and experienced in working across cultures, Patti understands that exceptional real estate representation goes beyond the transaction—it requires understanding the client, the market, and the long-term vision behind the investment.

Her professional career spans real estate brokerage, investment, entrepreneurship, hospitality, tourism, and international business. She has held senior brokerage and leadership positions, including Designated Broker and President of Harcourts Beverly Hills, and has operated businesses across the United States, Australia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

This international perspective allows Patti to approach every property with a strategic mindset—whether the objective is acquiring a primary residence, selling a luxury property, building an investment portfolio, or identifying opportunities with long-term potential.

Global Perspective. Local Expertise. Exceptional Representation.
