Daily Inspiration: Meet Walter Lee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Walter Lee.

Hi Walter, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We are a youth basketball program. For training and also playing club basketball. Started it for my son 11 years ago. The park and recreation wasn’t enough and for my son’s desire for the sport and didn’t want to continue in a pay to play program. Wanted everything earned. Then it grew. Originally just 1 team for my sons desire and now 7 years old to NBA players!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Covid was hard. Rent didn’t go away

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We specialize in help youth learn the sport of basketball. Whether it be for recreation or something that they want to use alongside their education to get into a private high school, college and more!

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Just work hard
