Born and raised in Paris, I grew up with a deep appreciation for culture, resilience, and the transformative power of hope. After a toxic and physically abusive relationship in NYC caused me to gain 75 lbs in just 30 days, I chose to reclaim my life through fitness and personal growth. That pivotal decision ignited my mission to inspire others to embrace healing and transformation.

I spent four years in Paris working as a celebrity trainer, building a foundation that empowered me to expand my vision globally. Now based in Los Angeles, I’ve made it my life’s work to elevate women through Hope Yourself, a movement that fosters mental, physical, and spiritual alignment.

Hope Yourself represents the power within all of us to overcome challenges and rise stronger. With features in Strong Fitness Magazine, Fizzy Mag, and collaborations with brands like Nike, Sweet Sweat, and Under Armour, I use my platform to inspire women to lead with hope and unlock their full potential.

As a proud voice for the new generation of Black women, my mission is to heal, empower, and elevate women worldwide, creating a ripple effect that transforms families and communities. My story is proof that with hope, anything is possible.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Never a smooth road… but I believe everything happen for a reason. So when the universe send me lemon I do lemonade.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

My lane is cultural wellness. I’m known for creating rooms where women feel seen, strong, and free, whether that’s a fitness class, a retreat, a full moon activation, or a sold out event in Senegal. I move between French and English, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East with ease, and that’s exactly who I serve: the global woman who refuses to choose between her roots and her ambition.

What I’m most proud of is the HOPE Sorority. Over 420 women across Senegal, Paris, Dubai, and the US show up every month for each other. I also wrote Hope Yourself Vol 1, in French and English, and I’m building women’s programming around the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar.

What sets me apart? I don’t teach hope. I am the proof. I grew up in Sevran, I’m the eldest of six, I built a life in Los Angeles for ten years, and then rebuilt it in Dubai. Everything I share, I’ve lived first. That’s why women trust me, and that’s why they stay.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Be bold, be you, do you, for you!
Take every risk, create every chance.
