Meet Adylia-Rhenee Gutierrez of AXIM Management ; Yhorlife

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adylia-Rhenee Gutierrez.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Of course! Gosh, how I got to where I am today is by working backwards.

When I was younger I knew that I wanted to work with numbers, help people and have a creative outlet.

I didn’t have an exact plan or know what would I do to achieve that but I was flexible because I knew my desired end goal.

Initially I wanted to be an investment banker, a journalistic photographer and start a charity.

After graduation I realized I love numbers and taxes more so I became a Corporate Revenue Accountant with my niche being Real Estate. I started my own firm and I had already started creating my Wellness Lifestyle brand/blog Yhorlife so that was my creative outlet that helped people and it grows and evolves.

I knew the end result that I wanted and I pivot and adapt to make sure I get that desired end result.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Ahahahah no way! It’s still not easy. Adulting in general is a real test.

I would say with my “big girl job” the Revenue Accounting and setting up my firm the biggest challenge is people assuming I’m an airhead and just got lucky. No, no I’ve worked incredibly hard at this profession and constantly learning and staying on top of global trends etc. Also, a hard one is you’re not going to be everyone’s cup of tea and no matter how well you produce they just won’t like you and you might not get that client or promotion and that’s okay. The right ones will find you.

With my “fun girl job” my wellness brand Yhorlife. The hardest part is it is such an unforgiving industry. What I mean is that no one cares what you’ve done and you have to constantly produce and stay on trends. That’s hard because I’m in the middle of loving new trends and being intentional and less consumption. It’s a balancing act but I love it.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about AXIM Management ; Yhorlife?

How do you think about luck?
Hmmm great question! I like to believe we’re all a little lucky.

I believe preparation and tenacity are the secret sauce to luck.

Of course I have my crystals always with me! I do believe crystals help luck come my way or gives me the courage to believe I can be lucky.
