Inspiring Conversations with SNØ BLVK of Code BLVK LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to SNØ BLVK.

Hi SNØ , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I became a mother at 16, and that experience shaped my determination to build a better future for myself and my son. My journey led me to pursue an education in business management, build a career in hospitality, and explore my passion for beauty and entrepreneurship.

Through building my own brands and creating digital products, I discovered that I love helping women recognize their potential and turn their skills and ideas into opportunities. Today, I’m continuing to grow as an entrepreneur while exploring the intersection of beauty, business, and AI.

My bigger vision is to empower women, especially Black women, to think beyond their circumstances, build ownership, and create generational wealth. I’m still learning and growing myself, but I’m committed to building a legacy that extends beyond me.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. I’ve experienced seasons of financial hardship, uncertainty, and having to rebuild while balancing motherhood, work, and entrepreneurship. One of my biggest struggles has been learning how to turn all my ideas into consistent execution while managing my responsibilities. There have been moments when I questioned myself, but every challenge has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of continuing to invest in myself. I’m learning that success isn’t about having a perfect journey; it’s about being willing to keep going, even when things don’t go as planned.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Code BLVK LLC?
I’m an entrepreneur and business educator passionate about beauty, personal branding, digital marketing, and helping women turn their skills and ideas into business opportunities. Through Code BLVK, I create educational resources and tools to help aspiring beauty entrepreneurs build their brands, grow their businesses, and use technology and AI more strategically.

What sets me apart is my ability to combine creativity with business strategy. I’m proud of building my businesses while balancing motherhood, my corporate career, and my own personal growth. My bigger vision is to empower women, especially Black women, to recognize their potential, create opportunities for themselves, and build lasting legacies.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
My biggest piece of advice is to be intentional about the rooms you put yourself in. Attend networking events, connect with people whose work inspires you, and don’t be afraid to introduce yourself. I’ve learned that networking is about more than what someone can do for you; it’s also about building genuine relationships and finding ways to bring value to others.

For example, at one event, I introduced myself to someone whose career I admired, and our brief conversation led to a follow-up brunch where they shared practical advice that helped me approach my next opportunity with more confidence. I’ve found that showing up, being willing to learn, and being authentic have helped me make meaningful connections. I also believe mentorship doesn’t always have to be formal. Sometimes, you can learn so much by observing someone you admire, asking thoughtful questions, and applying what they teach you. Don’t wait until you feel established to start building relationships. Your willingness to learn and grow is valuable, too.
