Today we’d like to introduce you to Corinna Vargas.

Hi Corinna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey in the travel industry began with a genuine love of travel and a desire to create meaningful experiences for others. What started as an interest in discovering new places and helping people plan memorable trips gradually grew into a career and, eventually, into a business.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build wonderful relationships with clients and travel partners around the world. I’ve learned that successful travel planning is about much more than booking hotels, cruises, or excursions—it’s about listening to people, understanding what they are looking for, and creating experiences they will remember for years to come.

One of the most significant milestones in my journey has been my work with Crucemundo. Through our relationship, I was able to help establish their presence in the U.S. and create the opportunity for the company to have a U.S. office. At the same time, this opened the door for me to become a business owner while working with Crucemundo, a company I am proud to represent and work for today.

Getting to where I am today has been a journey of learning, persistence, and a lot of hard work. The travel industry is constantly changing, so I’ve learned to adapt, stay curious, and continue building my knowledge and relationships. Being able to combine my passion for travel with entrepreneurship has been incredibly rewarding.

Today, I’m grateful to have built a career around something I truly enjoy. The most rewarding part of what I do is helping people explore the world, create lasting memories, and sometimes experience something they never imagined they would. I look forward to continuing to grow, discovering new destinations, and creating exceptional travel experiences for my clients.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a completely smooth road, but I’ve been fortunate to see every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success doesn’t happen overnight. Building a business and establishing yourself in the travel industry takes time, patience, persistence, and a willingness to keep learning and adapting.

The travel industry is constantly evolving, and there have certainly been busy and demanding moments, especially when coordinating complex trips and working with different clients and partners. But those experiences have helped me become more confident, resourceful, and better at finding solutions. I’ve learned that with the right relationships, a positive attitude, and a commitment to what you do, challenges can become opportunities.

Overall, the journey has been incredibly rewarding. Every experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally, and the challenges have made the successes even more meaningful. I’m grateful for how far I’ve come and excited about what the future holds.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I like most about our city is the wonderful quality of life it offers. I love being so close to the beach and having beautiful weather throughout the year. It makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s taking a walk, spending time by the ocean, or simply enjoying a beautiful day.

I also appreciate the diversity of people, the variety of restaurants and activities, and the fact that there is always something new to discover. The community is welcoming, and there are so many opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

As for what I like least, I would say the traffic and the busy pace of life can sometimes be challenging. But even with that, I think the many wonderful things our city has to offer far outweigh the inconveniences. Overall, I feel very fortunate to live and work here and to be part of such a vibrant and beautiful community.
