Daily Inspiration: Meet Indra Kelly

Today we’d like to introduce you to Indra Kelly.

Hi Indra, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I grew up knowing things I couldn’t explain. Feeling energy, sensing things before they happened, talking to spririt in the form of shadows. But I didn’t have anyone to help me understand what that was, so I pushed it down and spent years trying to fit into a version of myself that never felt right.

My path wasn’t linear. I was navigating being a single mom and co parenting, career changes, and a lot of personal rebuilding. In my thirties I made a real commitment to my own healing because I had nothing left and knew something had to change.

That’s when everything started opening up. I began doing the deep work on my own patterns, my triggers, the beliefs I’d been carrying since childhood. And the more I healed, the more my intuitive gifts came back online – stronger and clearer than before.

A few years ago a close friend who is a psychic medium told me during a reading that I was meant to teach energy healing and intuition. I thought she was wrong. But I kept getting nudged in that direction until I finally stopped resisting it.

Today I work with clients one on one through my Triggered to Alignment program – helping people understand what’s underneath their emotional patterns and clear it at the root. I also teach intuitive development and host retreats. It’s the work I was always meant to do. And I’m the person I needed when I was younger which is the part that means the most to me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Honestly – no. It hasn’t been smooth. And I think it would do a disservice to anyone reading this to pretend otherwise.

Building a business around healing work while doing your own healing at the same time is humbling in ways I didn’t anticipate. There were launches that didn’t land, partnerships that didn’t work out the way I hoped, and moments where I questioned whether I was on the right path entirely.

I’ve also had to navigate the vulnerability of putting very personal work into the world publicly. Learning to share my story and being ok with the imperfections, to be visible, to show up authentically while still protecting what’s private…that’s an ongoing practice.

And I’ve made mistakes. I’ve extended trust too quickly in business situations. I’ve undervalued my work. I’ve said yes when I meant no. But every single one of those struggles taught me something that now lives in the work I do with clients. The hardest lessons became the most useful material.

I think it was supposed to be a little bumpy to prepare me for where I’m going.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work sits at the intersection of energy healing, intuitive development, and emotional pattern work. The combination of those three things is really what sets it apart.

My signature program, Triggered to Alignment, is a six session private program that helps people understand what’s actually driving their emotional patterns – not just manage them. We go into the body, find where the wound lives, identify the belief attached to it, and clear it / rewire it.. I also teach clients how to read their own body as a source of intuitive information, which is something most healing programs don’t include. People leave not just feeling better but equipped to continue the work on their own.

Beyond one on one work I teach intuitive development – helping people trust, strengthen, and understand their own intuitive gifts. We are all intuitive and by strengthening your abilities it can help in relationships , business, and most importantly rebuilding trust with yourself. If you feel a little curious about your intuition and energy healing, I have an e-book on my site. It’s a great place to start.

What I’m most proud of is that people leave my work understanding themselves differently. Not dependent on me to feel okay, but actually equipped. That matters to me more than anything.

What sets me apart is harder to put into words but I’ll try. I’m not performative about this work. I’m practical, direct, and a little witchy. I’ve lived everything I teach – the patterns, the wounds, the rebuilding. And I think people feel that. They don’t come to me because I seem spiritual. They come because something in them recognizes that I’m going to tell them the truth.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
That I cannot outthink my way to healing. And I say that as someone who tried for a long time.

I am naturally analytical (Virgo moon). I can understand something completely and see the pattern clearly, trace it back to its origin, articulate exactly why I do what I do and still find myself doing it. Understanding and healing are not the same thing. That took me longer to accept than I’d like to admit.

The real shift happened when I stopped trying to figure everything out and started actually feeling it. In my body in real time.

The other lesson is that healing isn’t a destination. I used to think there was a version of me on the other side of all this work who had it together. What I’ve found instead is that the work just gets more honest. The layers get more interesting. And the more I’ve healed the more capacity I have to hold space for other people in theirs.

That’s actually what gave me the confidence to do this work professionally. Not that I have it all figured out, but that I’m in it alongside the people I work with.
