Rising Stars: Meet Thomas Perez of Bay Area

Today we’d like to introduce you to Thomas Perez.

Thomas Perez

Hi Thomas, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started Content Creating in 2023 when Super Nintendo World had its grand Opening at Universal Studios Hollywood! My content is fast paced for the most part where I like to make it as engaging & presentable as possible. I tend to live on the moment and like to capture in real time what’s going on at the specific event I am visiting. I love a great character interaction at Theme Parks as well as doing food reviews. Throw in comedic points while still providing the necessary information for my viewers.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Obstacles come with the journey right? I will admit that there has been countless obstacles I’ve encountered over the years of content creating.  The biggest obstacle is balancing my 9 to 5 job with the spontaneous schedules of different events.  With that comes traveling to destinations either flying or driving to make sure I make it in time for the events presented.  Also, being able to successfully edit and complete  viewer worthy content in a timely manner.  This has to be the toughest in my opinion.  When I get to the event I may have ideas planned out or they could come to me spontaneously.  With that said, the process of editing can be tedious but with challenges come rewards especially after the event is done I feel fulfilled and ready for the next adventure.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am proud of my work I put in because it takes a lot of time and effort especially behind the scenes. I create content based around Theme Parks, Food & Horror for the most part. I love to throw in my sense of humor and comedic relief to my content even if it’s involving something scary. I am thrive in Highly active situations such as theme parks, conventions, expos, restaurants and live events. I believe what sets me apart is my humor and charisma! Also is that I am not afraid to engage and I continue to thrive in high social activities

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my earliest and favorite childhood memories is when I was sitting in a stroller with my Mom at Disneyland. My family loved going to the park and experiencing the magic that was brought to life from the movies. We were waiting to see my Dad and Sister go down the big drop during Splash Mountain! Just seeing how much they enjoyed the thrill of it made me excited. My father passed away when I was just three years old which makes the memory more impactful.  For me, any memory where my dad is involved I hold close to my heart because I will never get that time back again.  I do believe this moment has played a huge part in me pursuing my interest in theme parks.
