Hi Samuel, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well ,What started as a family connection through my uncle turned into a vision for something special, A record store that feels like a museum of music, art, and collectibles. Along with vinyl, we feature vintage gear, picture frames, cassettes, CDs, books, laserdiscs, and figurines to create a space that celebrates music culture from every angle. We wanted the store to feel more than retail — we wanted it to feel like an experience, where every item tells a story.”

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t really been a difficult road so much as a journey of carrying on what my uncle started. The biggest challenge was stepping into something already meaningful and making it my own while still honoring the foundation he built. It’s been about learning, growing, and continuing the vision with care and respect.”

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I manage a family record store that blends music retail with curation and culture. We specialize in vinyl and vintage collectibles, and we’re known for creating a space that feels like a museum of music, art, and memorabilia. I’m most proud of continuing my uncle’s vision and building something that reflects both our family history and our love for music. What makes us different is the atmosphere — it’s not just a store, it’s an experience for collectors and music lovers alike.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Well, I have such a big family and so many memories that I can go on and on, but one of the ones that I can probably would like to share is that I went to high school I used to just leave school early just to go hang out with my uncle at that time. He had the record store in old Torrance area and that’s when I was starting of being a DJ looking for vinyl to play at the house parties or underground warehouses. What are the best things that I got to experience is to hear his past and how he started DJing and we just talked about music and history
