Sherrelle Green Jordan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey began from a very real and personal place. Walking through seasons of darkness, identity struggles, and healing from trauma, where I often felt unseen and unsupported. Those experiences shaped me, but they also became the foundation of my purpose.

I didn’t start this work from a place of perfection. I started from a place of survival, reflection, and growth. As I began to heal, I realized I was being called to be what I once needed: encouragement, truth, accountability, and a safe space for others to rediscover themselves.

That calling evolved into Coach Mrs. Bluntly Spoken, where I now use my voice, coaching, and ministry to help others navigate self-love, healing, and identity with honesty and transparency. Through platforms like “Sh3 – R3al” Sip & Spill Events and Bluntly Vibes Kreations, also guiding others into purposeful careers, with GIG Callers LLC & Staffing. I’ve created spaces where people can connect, grow, and be poured into without judgment.

At the core of everything I do is one main mission: giving back to the world. My business is not just business, and my ministry is not just words; it is service. It is about showing up for people the way I once needed someone to show up for me, and helping others turn their pain into purpose, just like I had to learn. Reach One Teach One.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road at all. Behind the scenes, I am the only person managing multiple businesses, creative projects, coaching work, and ministry work, all while still showing up emotionally and spiritually for others. That level of responsibility comes with real pressure, long nights, and moments where I had to rebuild myself while still being expected to pour into everyone else.

Some of the biggest struggles have been burnout, learning to set boundaries, and navigating seasons when resources were limited but the vision was still big. There were times I had to move forward in faith alone, even when I didn’t have full clarity or support.

But those same struggles became my training ground. They taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of self-care, self-love, and healing. Principles I now teach others. Every challenge shaped the woman and the voice I am today, and made me more intentional about creating spaces for others who are also trying to balance life, purpose, and healing.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am proud to be doing exactly what I once dreamed of doing, walking in purpose through coaching, ministry, creative expression, and building platforms that help others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. What I do is rooted in transformation work, specializing in self-awareness, self-love, emotional healing, and helping people navigate identity, trauma, and personal growth with honesty and depth.

What I am most proud of is being able to turn my lived experiences into a source of light for others. Prayer and manifesting are very real in my life; they are what carried me here and continue to guide my journey.

What sets me apart is that I speak and teach from experience, not theory. I don’t operate by rigid doctrine or performance. I move from authenticity, freedom, and truth. I am very free-spirited, and that allows me to connect with people in a real, unfiltered way that helps them feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal.

What are your plans for the future?
Looking ahead, my vision is to expand everything I’ve built to a global level with intention and impact. I plan to travel the world with my “Sh3-R3al” Sip & Spill events, reaching, teaching, and creating safe spaces for healing while aligning, collaborating, and networking with amazing souls across the globe.

I am also focused on growing my Virtual Call Center & Staffing company into one of the most reliable and resourceful services available, while continuing to expand Bluntly Vibes Kreations to reach more families and youth in need. I want my custom t-shirt and outfit business to become internationally recognized.

Overall, I’m looking forward to scaling with purpose, creating opportunities, giving back on a larger level, and continuing to walk boldly in the vision that was placed on my life.
