Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriel Comfort.
Hi Gabriel, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
The Music Matrixx really started with me being an artist first.
Before anything else, I was—and still am—someone who genuinely loves creating music. That passion has always been at the core of everything I do. But as I was building my own journey, I started to notice something frustrating: it wasn’t just about how good the music was. There were talented artists all around me, including myself, putting real time, energy, and emotion into their work… and still not getting the visibility they deserved.
At the same time, I saw artists gaining traction not necessarily because they were better—but because they understood how to position themselves.
That realization changed everything for me.
I didn’t just want to pursue my own success as an artist—I wanted to understand the system behind it. I became obsessed with learning how promotion works, how attention works, and what actually makes people pay attention in such a crowded industry.
And once I started figuring it out, I naturally wanted to share it.
Because I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling overlooked.
That’s where The Music Matrixx came from. It wasn’t built from the outside looking in—it was built from experience. From being in the same position as the artists we help now. From knowing what it feels like to put your heart into something and feel like no one sees it.
So I created something I wish I had earlier in my own journey—a platform that doesn’t just promote artists, but actually helps them get seen in a real, strategic way.
To this day, I still balance both sides. I’m still an artist chasing my own vision, but I’m also someone committed to helping other creators move forward faster, smarter, and with more visibility than I had starting out.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.
I started from nothing—no real support system, no shortcuts, no one guiding me through the process. A lot of what I’ve built came from figuring things out the hard way, through trial, error, and staying consistent even when it felt like nothing was working.
There were moments where it felt like I was doing everything alone. Not having people around me who understood what I was building—or even believed in it at the time—was one of the biggest challenges. It forces you to really question yourself and your vision.
But looking back, that lack of support ended up becoming one of my biggest advantages.
Because when you don’t have anyone to rely on, you’re pushed to become resourceful. You learn faster. You adapt quicker. And you develop a level of discipline and belief in yourself that can’t be taught—it has to be built.
It also made my vision stronger. I wasn’t doing this for validation or approval. I was doing it because I genuinely believed in what I was creating and what it could become, not just for me, but for other artists as well.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
The Music Matrixx is a marketing platform built specifically for independent artists who are serious about being seen, heard, and taken seriously.
I’m known by many as Bonni3—the owner of The Music Matrixx—but first and foremost, I’m an artist. That’s what makes this different. This wasn’t created from the outside looking in. It came from being in the same position as the artists we work with, trying to figure out how to break through the noise.
Over time, I was able to turn that experience into a successful music marketing source—something that not only helped me understand the industry better, but allowed me to help other artists grow as well.
What we specialize in is marketing campaigns.
Not just random promotion, but structured campaigns that actually build visibility. We focus on things that create real impact—radio airplay, billboard placements, and consistent exposure that helps artists stay in front of audiences instead of being forgotten after one post.
That’s where we really stand out.
A lot of services offer quick results that don’t last. We focus on creating moments that stick and visibility that compounds over time.
One of the things I’m most proud of is our membership model.
We’ve built it in a way that allows artists to budget their marketing monthly instead of feeling like they have to spend a large amount all at once. More importantly, they’re not just paying for something they can’t see—they’re getting real, tangible results.
We’re talking about artists being able to say they have a billboard with their name on it. Real placements. Real exposure. Real progress.
That changes how artists see themselves, and how others see them too.
At the end of the day, The Music Matrixx is about more than just promotion.
It’s about giving independent artists access to opportunities that once felt out of reach, and showing them that with the right strategy and consistency, they can build real momentum.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The most important quality behind my success has been persistence.
Not just in the sense of “not giving up,” but in staying locked in on my vision even when there was no immediate validation, no support, and no clear results early on.
There were times where things felt uncertain—where I was building, testing, and pushing forward without seeing instant returns. But I never allowed those moments to stop me. I stayed consistent, kept learning, and kept refining.
